This is my personal long term project E36 which I thought should have a place here, once we've got the calypsoworx compact finished we'll be able to make a start on the new engine setup! Something a little different in the works as she'll be getting a smaller engine (which just isn't me) but shall be having a m44b19 engine fitted with a turbo for some added fun 👀

Lovely example of a zafira gsi we had in yesterday to check over for running faults, first thing was a compression test to confirm the health of the engine where we also found loose spark plugs! we also looked into a lambda fault which was being flagged up and confirmed to be a warped fl**ge on the exhaust after a some discussion with the owner will be getting a full calypsoworx stainless system in the near future 👀

A customers Subaru that is used as it should be 🤘 new backbox which the customer supplied fitted and a new o/s/r brake pipe made up and fitted

A couple from today, SS Camaro for front brakes to be cleaned up to cure the binding and a lovely Mk6 GTi back to have a new pcv oil separator and auxiliary belt fitted

Some lovely hsd coilovers supplied by Driftworks for our calypsoworx E36 V8 project 👀 soon be time to start cracking on

Clutch and gearbox on this little old Austin, nice to be working on something a little bit different

Rocker cover gasket replacement on this lovely e92 nice little job and rebooked for a bit of maintenance work

Out on some mobile work yesterday, 5 front suspension arms and a driveshaft replacement and greased up the front brakes to prevent them from squeaking and a oil and filter change. Do recommend calling into Tom's take out in hewas water top chap and made a ansum burger while we were working on his car 🤘

Three lovely jobs from today, first was the e92 with an oil leak and diagnosed to be the oil filter housing to heat exchanger gasket and a genuine BMW gasket fitted to solve the oil leak. The BMW E36 started as a dead battery and once running the alternator was giving an output of 18 volts... A new battery and a good used alternator fitted last of all was the beetle which had a faulty starter motor and on further inspection also found a broken wire, new starter fitted and wiring repaired

A quick one from last night, customer asked if we could modify a backbox delete from a Scirocco to fit this lovely Mk6 GTi before it has a stainless system in the future to see what it would sound like. Customer is over the moon for a quick evening job

A lovely Mk6 GTi we had in yesterday to diagnose some running issues and rattles, rebooked for the required work

Transit connect we had in for some mot repairs repair on the inner sill, front pads, Flexi hose, lower ball joint and a c.v boot all sorted and ready to go in for retest as well as advised on some other small things that we found

A juke we had in for mot at our trusted testing station the other day we can arrange Mots and do any required repairs get in touch

An Audi A3 we had in for a missing exhaust hanger in the system and to weld up the clamped joins where the it was leaking

Whether it's an OEM replacement or an uprated like we've got for the d5 V70 get in touch

Made a start on the hx30 d5 V70 today, we do love a bit of custom fabrication here at calypsoworx 🤘

Had this lovely 535i back in for a service today which was well needed and rebooked for future work that we've found is required

A lovely little mx5 we had in for a full service and a clutch which was much needed, one happy customer now able to enjoy once again 🤘

Nice simple job this afternoon on this little fiat 500, brake shoes, new drums and handbrake cables fitted so the old siezed cables and oval drums will no longer be an issue 🤘

A lovely E39 we had in for a couple jobs yesterday, coilovers fitted and set to the customers required height and sport bumpers for that more aggressive look 👀

Gotta love a backbox delete, this was on a qashqai so something a little bit different to the usual 🤘

A volvo V70 that's been dropped to us for a cambelt and a few performance tweaks to be done, starting with a holset hx30 turbo, full stainless exhaust and custom hardpipes to suit the new turbo

E36 compact rear axle which was rust treated and coated in gravitex black stone chip before being fitted with polybushes from StrongFlex UK for our m50b30 drift project
