The vibe yesterday at T.M.'s memorial was enhanced with beautiful florals from his loving friends. We have really beautiful prayer cards - laminated with T.M.'s photo that we will be making available soon. It was a wonderful turn out and there's nothing better than having the Funeral Director solemly ask all to stand for the first hymn, and then its hits hard and fast with T.M.s steller thumb solo track "Thumb" from Shocka Zoolo album. Some scream, roars and claps and his "Going Home" began just the way he would want. LOUD!

Beautiful people send me link of TM performing - this one came in from a high school buddy of T.M.'s - Michael Angelo- you can scrub though as its over an hour - but watch the wonderfully warm and down to earth responses T.M Stevens has about the industry and performing - and his history in the Bronx, including a great shot of his high school year in 1970. Here you get to see T.M at ease and telling it like it is. It's 2002. I would suggest fast forwarding though the phone in portion as the speakers on the phone are inaudible. Even you just watch a few snippets you get to really see T.M's warmth and dedication to the arts and up and coming students of music. Thank you dear Michael Angelo for a attending the service yesterday and showing your love for the great T.M. Stevens.

Berlin - Wach Auf Charlie - from the Vaults of Cadillac Crooning Berlin Band '90s
Unlisted footage of the Berlin Band, Cadillac Crooning, featuring Carrie Beehan in the early '90s in Berlin, Germany. This footage is possibly the only German-language version of an early Split ENZ band song called "Wake Up Charlie," performed by the Berlin Band Cadillac Crooning. Recorded on a VHS camera, the sound level improves a minute in. The frontwoman, Carrie Beehan, ran into them once in a flea market shoe stall at the Great Gear Market in London in 1979 on Kings Road. They were tall, and she was too shy to say anything except that she was a fan. Cadillac Crooning in Berlin

Berlin 1992 - My band:
As I concentrate on my 2022 new releases and the accompanying videos we are creating, this pops into my sphere - Berlin 1992 - here we are performing in a club in East Berlin. I lived in Berlin for almost 12 years in the 80s and 90s. One crappy old VHS camera was used to record our show. The sound was always terrible, but we caught the essence of these concrete rooms and the strange world of gigging in dank, dark clubs.

Just launched the new podcast I recorded in Albany Nov 22 nd. Just as we were about to start recording, Frank "Serpico" called Robert Knightly, and Robert disappeared for a while for a long phone call. I mused on the incredible memoirs Robert is collecting for this series and how lucky I am receiving the opportunity to record these writings.
