As passionate as I am about all my wonderful Poofy products I am also equally passionate about health in general. (You wouldn’t think it by looking at me but I really am.) From the foods we eat to the exercise I’m not currently getting it’s all important to me!

I love my garden that I’ve been growing with the help of our neighbors because we share it all. It’s a team effort. We grow tomatoes, cucumbers for pickling, beans, beets, zucchini, and an assortment of herbs. We have tried corn and carrots in the past but they just don’t work out for us.

Is there any advice you have for those who don’t know where to start?

For me the easiest thing to switch was toothpaste/oral care products. I would say deodorant but it was hard for me to find a deodorant that didn’t make me break out (even with a proper detox first). Poofy deodorant spray has changed my life for that.
