I am because I can admit who I am, what I’ve done, and love myself for who I’ve become.
I have always been confident even when I was 10 kg heavier. I have always been confident all my life... but in the last year shifting countries and being back with my family kinda got me lost on my path of willing to be fit. I am not training to loose weight... but to be . I am 22 pounds lighter but i am not yet fit... there's more to my journey and i will probably loose a little more. To all the people telling me that aab ho gaya na toh why you training so hard ?why you still hell bent on eating "healthy" . To all those dear ones i want to say... guys i never started out to loose my weight.. my weight was never an issue for me. Me not being fit was my concern and my goal is not met yet and basically to stay fit i have to eat right and train hard too. And to stay like that i have to keep doing that!! So please do not say that abb ho gaya!!! Abb toh shurvat hui hai and its a long journey ahead... in this i may gain a little and will loose a little but the goal remains the same... WILLING TO BE FIT!! Sorry for the long writeup but i felt it needed to be said out loud!!

and definitely pays off!! Well i have been doing hardwork and been consistent since last 4 months.. but still you get the point.. right? I haven't been alone . I have had loads of support in my journey of last four months! My dear friend and personal trainer like literally has kicked my ass like literally.... and my dietician gauri has made sure i eat right!! Most importantly my family who has been my biggest support system.. has made sure that i stay on track... not miss my workouts or get derailed from my diet!!! This is just a small appreciation post for all of them for bringing me back on track since i fell off from my fitness wagon!!!! Love you all and thank you very much!!! P.s i have lost over 20 pounds in last four months and hell yeah i am very of myself!!!!

Hopped onto ‘s challenge of 10,000 squats in 30 days!!! Thats about 335 squats DAILY!! Yeah you heard that right!!! And yes we are crazy!!!! It takes about 10 mins to do so!!!! DAY2 ✅ following ‘s squat challenge progression for the squat!!!!

This is my all time quick and favourite chicken curry which i call it as “My Easy Friday Chicken Masala” , simple quick and easy!!! Recipe as under:
Chuck the below ingredients in a blender/food processor
Onion
Tomato
6 cloves of garlic
Half inch piece of ginger
1 tblspn curd/yoghurt
Salt,pepper
1 tsp chicken masala
1 tsp garam masala
Mint leaves
Red chilly powder
Tumeric.
Make a fine paste of it and marinate 1 lbs of chicken into it for atleast half an hour. I have used bone in chicken you can use boneless. Then heat up some oil in a pan and add 2 cloves and 2 pods of cardomom and some cumin seeds to it and then add your marinated meat into it... mix well and cook till the chicken is done. Add some water to it while doing so!!! And bam... you are done!!!!

This is exactly what i am feeling lately... the move back to india.. the 2 months before travel i spent packing our stuff and 1 month since i landed am still unpacking and due to which as u can guess my workouts have not been that consistent!!! I lost all the last year’s progress in just 3 months... i have been eating right but working out just 3 days a week instead of my 6 days week schedule and only 30 mins intead of my an hour earlier... I haven’t gained any weight but it looks like i have put on 10-12 pounds🙈🙈🙈so i need to eat a skinny... rather a ripped person right now!!!! Trying to get back to the old self again ASAP !!!! 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬

Addiction for closing those rings is out right crazy.... i walked 2kms just to close my move ring right now!!last month i planned to close my rings every single day... however one lazy week runined that for me.. so i decided to try it again.. i did miss out a little but closed my move ring for 7 days in a row.. so pretty of myself!!!
