I started this page to be transparent . To be the person that at least ONE person could relate to in this world . Yesterday was a hard day for me. I know many people who have gone through the same and it’s never easy on any level. With back to back pregnancies and losses , I really never had the chance to actually grieve. Every loss is hard but for me this one was the hardest. I actually got to name her, hold her , give birth to her (even though she was still born ), carried her with me for 6 months and prayed every single day that everything would be okay. That day I saw her heartbeat stop on the screen , time stood still and the disbelief was so surreal. I didn’t want to say goodbye. I didn’t want to believe you were gone, I didn’t want to believe I would never bring you home, hear you cry, count your fingers and toes , and shower you with hugs and kisses. I left the hospital empty, angry, sad , depressed , dazed and confused. What did I do wrong to be punished that way? Why didn’t my body do what it was supposed to do ? All of these feels and questions flooded my mind for days, weeks, months , and years. I finally came to peace with myself , stopped punishing myself for something that was out of my control. I want moms who have the same experiences to know it’s not your fault. There is nothing wrong with you. You are worthy , beautiful, fierce and the most badass of them all. 💪🏼💪🏼

Happy 4th birthday in Heaven my sweet angel. My sweet Juliana, there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think of you. Think of who you would look like today, what your personality would be like, how much you would love your sister and brother. I am thankful for the short time we had together, I’m thankful I got to hold you and tell you I love you. I hope you are with your grandpa and great grandparents giving them lots of hugs and kisses. I love you so much 💜 fly high my angel. 🙏🏼

That needs a shower ASAP. Just cleaned the whole 4,000 sq house. Did laundry ,folded , currently putting away and still haven’t eaten a thing. Oh Monday ,how I hate thee. 🙄 let’s see how long it takes them all to make a mess. Ready ... set.... go!

Pan sheet chicken shawarma. If you know me you know I L O V E middle eastern food.
Water first ! Veggies most. I can’t tell you how much and her has changed my way of eating. I’m definitely a VOLUME eater and that’s okay, it’s about what food your eating in volume. I’m also an emotional eater. Eating has always been my coping mechanism , it’s been my self sabotage, and the only thing that’s never judged me. I have to give credit where credit is due , is a good friend of mine who became a coach and has always had that different take on coaching. I love her energy , her drive , and her transparency. Every time I talk to her it like I’m talking to myself in the mirror because our lives have mirrored each other without even knowing. I’m so grateful for her and grateful that she’s always seen the potential in me I didn’t see. 2021 is going to be the year of all years and I can’t wait.
