I hope you’re all okay and keeping safe. As announced in the news, we’re coming out of lockdown on the 21st June. That means it’s time to work on our summer body🤩.
I’ve put together a quick b***y workout with resistance bands.
Let’s get into the workout🏋🏾‍♀️:
1. Squats
2. Combo Leg Kicks
3. Banded Deadlift
4. Duck Walks
5. Good Morning Squats
6. Seated Abduction
7. Side Leg Kicks
For this workout, complete it as a circuit. Do each exercise for 40 seconds with a 10 second break.
