(In Acts 20:29 Paul notes that an apostacy from the true faith would occur after he died. John the apostle also notes that the rise of antichrist was already occurring in 1 John 2:18.

The apostles were aware of the coming apostacy that would take place and they warned about it's soon coming. This apostacy was the Roman Catholic church.

Scripture is enough. Isn’t it amazing that we don’t need to go anywhere else? If you are going to anything else that isn’t based on scripture for wisdom, please be careful. Scripture is where were are to go as Christians!

John Emerich Edward Dalberg Acton (1834-1902) Eminent Roman Catholic Scholar and Historian. Contemporary of Dollinger and the Vatican Council of 1870. Catholic Church changed the simplicity of Salvation and become a barrier for many to come to CHRIST

Mary was the mother of Jesus but not God... let me explain Yes Jesus is God in the flesh but Mary was chosen by God Himself ( Holy Spirit) to bear the human form of God named Jesus ... And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS....Luke 1:31 1st....Had Mary given birth to God she, Mary would have had to 1st be eternal to give birth to an eternal God 2nd ...How exactly does one give birth to God who has no beginning ?? 3rd....Mary was a sinner and God was her savior ( Luke 1:47) (And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. )...so how does a sinner give birth to a sinless God??? 4th....If Mary did give somehow give birth to God , He ( God) was her 1st born (And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.) (Matthew 1:25 )....Since Catholics will never admit Mary had any other regular human children the term firstborn must mean Mary gave birth to other God children. 5th...If Mary did give birth to God that means she must be from a. sinless race and who gave birth to Mary ?? ( Anne and Joachim) were they also sinless?? 6th... Catholics imply Mary is God because how can she hear the prayers of millions of people who pray to her every day?? 7th... Simple conclusion ...Mary is Not the mother of God in all his power and glory but of the man Christ Jesus. Mary is just one of the multitude of people in heaven worshipping God.. Why do I think this ? There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him. 32 And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee. 33 And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren? 34 And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! 35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother....Mark 3:31-35

Catholic Church official declared Jewish nation is guilty and must die. This church supported Hi**er and his N**i and become the reason to kill innocent Jews - the nation of God. If Peter was the 1st pope and refused worship why does this pope accept worship ?? Worship belongs to God only . . . . . . . . . .

Eucharist of Catholic Mass, Praying to dead, Worshiping graven images, Creating a new character called Mother of God or Queen of heaven, Rosary, Paganic Traditions , et cetra all are abomination to God.

CHAPTER IOf The Holy Scripture Being The True
Word of God

CANONICAL SCRIPTURE. We believe and confess the canonical Scriptures of the holy prophets and apostles of both Testaments to be the true Word of God, and to have sufficient authority of themselves, not of men. For God himself spoke to the fathers, prophets, apostles, and still speaks to us through the Holy Scriptures.

And in this Holy Scripture, the universal Church of Christ has the most complete exposition of all that pertains to a saving faith, and also to the framing of a life acceptable to God; and in this respect it is expressly commanded by God that nothing be either added to or taken from the same.

INTERPRETATIONS OF THE HOLY FATHERS. Wherefore we do not despise the interpretations of the holy Greek and Latin fathers, nor reject their disputations and treatises concerning sacred matters as far as they agree with the Scriptures; but we modestly dissent from them when they are found to set down things differing from, or altogether contrary to, the Scriptures. Neither do we think that we do them any wrong in this matter; seeing that they all, with one consent, will not have their writings equated with the canonical Scriptures, but command us to prove how far they agree or disagree with them, and to accept what is in agreement and to reject what is in disagreement.

COUNCILS. And in the same order also we place the decrees and canons of councils.

Wherefore we do not permit ourselves, in controversies about religion or matters of faith, to urge our case with only the opinions of the fathers or decrees of councils; much less by received customs, or by the large number of those who share the same opinion, or by the prescription of a long time. Who Is The Judge? Therefore, we do not admit any other judge than God himself, who proclaims by the Holy Scriptures what is true, what is false, what is to be followed, or what to be avoided. So we do assent to the judgments of spiritual men which are drawn from the Word of God. Certainly Jeremiah and other prophets vehemently condemned the assemblies of priests which were set up against the law of God; and diligently admonished us that we should not listen to the fathers, or tread in their path who, walking in their own inventions, swerved from the law of God.
