Let’s talk SODIUM🧂🤨Research shows we only really need about 500 mg of sodium a day, but the average American takes in about 3000 mg a day which is much more than the recommended amount. There is no magic formula for weight loss, no matter what the programs and commercials tell you... Any "commercial" program you follow for 12 weeks or so will result in some degree of weight loss, but this is still part of the harmful stereotype that weight loss is something you can achieve by following a cookie cutter plan. Keeping weight off for the long time will require lifestyle changes and a very individualized plan created for you for this very complicated chronic relapsing disease and the best way to do that is to take small steps.
