The Information, Communication, and Data Preservation Committee (ICDPC) presents to you the 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝘼𝙈𝘼: 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙋𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 — and your most awaited 𝘾𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙎 𝙋𝙄𝘾𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙀𝙎!

This initiative was successfully conducted last December 2023 for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024. All 23 sections under the College of Arts and Sciences, along with their respective Class Advisers were featured in the photos.

Students are able to purchase their class photos by placing orders through provided Google Forms. 𝘽𝙪𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙬 as forms are open until 𝙁𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙮 11, 2024, 𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮.

It was great seeing you guys smile and we do hope that these photos serve as a lasting memorabilia for your collegiate days.

comes to a close end, let us look back from where it all began.

The College of Arts and Sciences studentry joins the Uni-wide DHVSU Opening Parade for the Degenderized 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women that was held last November 29, 2023, at DHVSU's Main Campus Grounds.

The parade was followed by an opening program that was conducted by the University Student Council at the University Auditorium. These events were also dawned over the presence of our Mr. & Ms. DHVSU and Mx. Q&A candidates.

Numerous activities have been conducted in the heart of vowing for this campaign. Stay tuned with us as we further showcase the talents of our fellow CASmates in our upcoming recognition of contest victors!

This campaign is not only for a short duration or merely a university event — it has become a part of every Honorian's lifestyle wherein we can proudly present our students out into the world who know how to respect, ask for consent, and are in line to stop any violence against any and all individuals.

The Information, Communication, and Data Preservation Committee (ICDPC) has successfully conducted their 𝙁𝙄𝙍𝙎𝙏 𝙈𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙃𝙇𝙔 𝙐𝙋𝘿𝘼𝙏𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝙋𝙊𝙍𝙏𝙎 regarding the events held from 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 2023 𝙩𝙤 𝙊𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧 2023!

This is a movement set to be done every end of the month or beginning of the month; allowing our CASmates to be knowledgeable of what events have been conducted successfully, upcoming events, utilization of funds, and overall reminders for the welfare of the entire CAS Student Body.

This also allows us to be reminded of our most memorable events so far namely the CAS Brigada Eskwela 2023 and the Welcoming Ceremony on the First Day of School that was held on August 2023, CAS Carnival: University Wide Event held last September 2023, and CAS Teacher's Day Celebration held last October 2023.

𝙀𝙔𝙀𝙎 𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙀, 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙈𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙎 — 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙉𝙐𝙍𝙎𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙎𝙏𝙐𝘿𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎!

The College of Arts and Sciences successfully conducted their first flag raising ceremony! This event was held at the DHVSU Administration Building Grounds last September 18, 2023.

The program began with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and Himno ning Kapampangan. Following this was the recitation of Panatang Makabayan, DHVSU's Mission and Vision Statements, and the singing of the DHVSU Hymn.

Alongside this program flow, our College Dean, Dr. Adonis David, proudly presented the 𝙋𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙀𝙀𝙍 𝘽𝘼𝙏𝘾𝙃 for our 𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙉𝙐𝙍𝙎𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙎𝙏𝙐𝘿𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎! These students have undergone their respective entrance exams, have settled all internal academic matters, and finally, started their FIRST DAY!

We are excited to welcome a new chapter not only for our college, but also, for our University! Together, let us welcome one of the longest-awaited offered courses of DHVSU.

The ICDP Committee is a sub committee under the College of Arts and Sciences Student Council. It includes all Secretaries on Public Information from all 22 sections under the college's 4 programs — Biology, Environmental Science, Mathematics, and Statistics programs. Alongside these secretaries are the Unit Heads on Public Information from the 3 sub organizations under the college — DHVSU Biology Society, DHVSU Environmental Science Society, and DHVSU Mathematics and Statistics Society.

We as a committee will strive to see, to listen, and to serve you. We hope that this academic year will be fruitful and filled with success for our future plans. And we also hope that you, Honorians, CASmates, will be with us in every step.

Pursuant to the Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution and By-Laws, the DHVSU College of Arts and Sciences Student Council created this Online Grievances and Complaints Form in order to provide a platform for students to express their concerns, and for the council to know such queries. As such, the Student Council shall convene with the College of Arts and Sciences administration and faculty, the University Student Council, the Office of Student Affairs, and any other offices relevant to the concerns of the CAS student body. the This form aims to address and acknowledge ALL issues and concerns that our CASmates might be anticipating, or have been pressing on for years that haven't been solved yet. The concerns may be related to the following but not limited to:
1. Opening of Classes
2. Academic Instruction Delivery
3. The Upcoming Concinnatis
4. The Performance of the last year's Council

The form will be open until further notice, and only feasible matters are to be acknowledged. We hope to alleviate all your concerns, CASmates!

The College of Arts and Sciences has successfully conducted the CAS BRIGADA ESKWELA 2023! The day began with a joyous welcome to all returning and incoming CASmate volunteers. Throughout the event, all volunteers, left and right, were determined to lend a helping hand in making this event a success. All the donated materials and cleaning supplies were provided by all organizations and volunteers.

Alongside these donations, the College of Arts and Sciences Student Council (CASSC) was able to provide beverages and snacks for all volunteers. We made sure to stay hydrated under the blazing sun and that everyone was provided for.

The CASSC would like to extend their greatest gratitude to all the volunteers, to the DHVSU Biology Society (BIOSOC), DHVSU Environmental Science Society (ESSOC), and to the DHVSU Mathematics and Statistics Society (MSSOC). This event will not be possible without all of you.

As we celebrate this triumph together, we are grateful to have witnessed what possibilities this fast approaching academic year has in store for the college. With high hopes, we as a college will indeed grow and establish life long connections.

We have 65 participants from "I-Volunteer!" We also have the Biology Society, the Mathematics and Statistics Society, and the Environmental Science Society headed by the CAS Student Council.
