We have to do our best to discern what is true and what is not about our thoughts.

It gives us our power back knowing that we get to choose.

The things I used to crave so deeply for.

I remember being in the trenches of my mental health battle and not seeing a light at the end of the tunnel.

There were many days I felt so hopeless.

But my husband and my mum and my dear friends would always, ALWAYS share their hope with me.

They believed in me.

And so I borrowed their hope.

And it carried me through until I found my own.

With this tee I want you to borrow my belief in hope.

Whatever you are going through is NOT permanent.

Introducing Normalize Therapy 💜

This new designs represents a new culture that no longer associates negativity with seeking help.

It represents the trauma that we are finally allowing ourselves to HEAL so that we can be better for our families now and the ones that will come after us ✨

The new tee is also our new ECO tee 🍃 it’s made of 60% organic cotton and 40% recycled rPET which makes the shirt more durable.
