Mamba Gombu.
This is very important and I want the people concerned, whoever you are to take note of this. Especially the educated elites of Dabo and Kurereda in Ioma Ward 6,Tamata LLG.
Mamba Gombu is a land mass that start's at the mouth of Petene Creek to the mouth of Sirima Creek from both sides of the Mamba river that is in Ioma Ward 6.
As far as I know is Mamba Gombu was and is still a disputed land.
1. There is no Legal Principal Land Owner.
2. There was no proper and legal land mediation conduct.
3. No clan has the Legal Title to Mamba Gombu.
4. No Legal Land Vetting Conducted.
And this 4 basic points poses a great hindrance and danger to anything you want to do up at Mamba Gombu.
The titles or ILGs to your little family backyards to build a chicken house; does not guarantee you to bring a company or investor to Mamba Gombu.
Land issue in Mamba Gombu is a very sensitive issue and in if we are not careful we will create chaos and blood shed.
