Many "sustainable" brands use polyester in their T-Shirts, which can take over 50 years to decompose.

Twin Birch only uses natural & biodegradable materials, such as h**p and cotton. Our T-Shirts will decompose in under 6 months.

Over 90% of packaging waste is sent to the landfills and/or in the environment. Reducing single-use plastics and increasing the usage of biodegradable materials helps the planet.

At Twin Birch, we use certified home compostable mailers & garment bags to ship our products.

Most courier labels are made of acrylic & won't biodegrade. We use certified industrially compostable shipping labels with adhesive carefully formulated to include a high percentage of renewable materials. The release liner is made of Glassine + silicone coated high grade paper.

These shipping materials are made from completely biodegradable and compostable materials; corn starch, PLA (synthesized from corn) and PBAT (Polybutyrate Adipate Terephthalate). This combination of materials is non-toxic.

Any carbon emissions from production are offset, and production uses approx. 30% renewable energy.
Additionally, all Twin Birch deliveries are carbon neutral.

H**p is an incredible crop. Here's why we use it:
• Uses less land & water than cotton, while producing more fiber per acre.
• Absorbs up to 6 tons of CO2 from the air in a single growing seasons as it grows.
• Returns 60-70% of the nutrients it takes from the soil.

It's an extremely sustainable crop. It grows quickly and densely. It doesn't require pesticides or herbicides, helps prevent soil erosion. Additionally, h**p crops can be grown without depleting the soil.

It's known as one of the strongest natural fibers, meaning its clothing tends to be more resistant to wear & tear. This longevity makes it a cost-effective choice. It can be blended with other fibers like cotton, wool, etc to create fabrics with enhanced properties.

Our clothing contains 55% h**p. Shop our Men's and Women's items below:
