One of our favorite things to make are lemon–blueberry scones with honey 🍯🫐 They're super fluffy, not too sweet, and the best when served warm. Do you prefer drinking tea or coffee with your pastries? Earl grey is my favorite with these!

Hi, I'm Shanna Windham — the creator and dreamer of Neko's Nook Cat Café, a Japanese–French inspired bakery, bookstore, and cat café! I am hoping to raise money to be able to open a home location within the next two years around Martin and Palm Beach County, Florida.

Right now, I am starting the bakery part of my café at home and soon beginning to sell my goods locally and at events! I'm looking to spread the word, gain awareness and raise money to be able to open up shop as soon as possible.

I would love to be the first to introduce a cat café into our area, to spread awareness for all the animal shelters in South Florida, as well as stand as an environmentally aware small business and promote eco–friendly products and a no–waste food system. I aim for my business to act as a safe and comfortable home–away–from–home for locals and visitors alike. My goal is to give cats from shelters a home, whether it be a forever home at the café or introducing them to a potential forever family.
