My last ever Rod Moore Band performance is TONIGHT live and in person at Vancouvers own The Roxy nightclub! Doors at 7, be on time if you're coming because the whole thing is over by 9:30!

to the last time we played at in Dec 2021 - two years ago! Live music in Was just starting to come back to life, and we had just released our “Why Can’t Christmas Be Just Another Day?”

We will return to for one final show as TOMORROW Dec 22, with our good friends .ca starting the evening off.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this project over the past 3 years, this will be it for live shows but there is still music to create and you can look forward to sporadic releases moving forward.

With my final show fast approaching this Friday the 22, I realized a funny coincidence. 20 years ago I played the same venue for the very first time under the same band name, all firsts for me! In fact, I even have some photos.....the band that night was really big at 10 people. The upcoming show is a tighter five people, let’s see how it goes 😀

I will be performing for the last time as "The Rod Moore Band" on Friday December 22, live and in person at the famous Roxy nightclub here in Vancouver! I'm narrowing the amount of projects I have on the go and this one is coming to a close.
So, I invite you all to come partake in this last show.

I'll be playing original songs that run clear across my entire catalogue, including the second song I ever wrote back in 1989!

With the 🎄 season starting to settle in, we've noticed an uptick in streams, and want to send a shout-out to everyone for including "Why Can't Christmas Be Just Another Day" into their Holiday playlists!

This was a track we released for the 2021 Holiday Season, and while the song’s lyrics may sound a bit ‘anti-Christmas’, it’s really trying to say that if we put as much care towards each other every day as we did on December 25th, the world could be a better place.

:This is my biggest concert event announcement this year- The Rod Moore Band W/ S**G the Band is happening Friday December 22 at The Roxy Cabaret.

After this show I will be hanging up the mantle on this project so if you would like to see me performing some of my original tunes, and maybe a few clever covers, with a band of amazing trained musicians. Our opening act is amazing as well, this will be a super fun evening and your only chance to see me do this act.
