Mr T is from MINDS and this artwork is in appreciation for our work at , a ground-up initiative started with Bernice TeoJun XuanAh Zhong to equip everyday Singaporeans with "Life Skills for the Digital Economy" through bite-sized videos, with a focus on the PWD community.

Did you know‼️ According to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), from 1 September 2019 onward, companies are not allowed to ask, collect or even collect copies of your IC or IC number?

So how can you protect yourself if you find yourself in a situation where the company asks your IC number? 🧐🤭
1. Ask "is it necessary to prove my identity?" or "which law is it?"
2. Ask if there alternative ways you can prove your identity
3. And remember to always safeguard your IC!!
