"Measurements" for Energy Consumption of Building Infrastructure on the GOAL nZEBs platform

The GOAL nZEBs web platform recently included the parameters that contribute to the efficient processing of Metric Data for Energy Consumption in Building Infrastructures. Utilizing the 10 parameters of the platform, entities can draw useful conclusions about the energy status of their buildings and be supported in the decision-making process for energy upgrades.

Energy Efficiency improvement in the Cultural Centre of “Fato Berberi” building of the Municipality of Gjirokastra

The Fato Berberi Cultural Center building is an old building, as shown in the picture, with great potential for increasing its Energy Efficiency and improving the comfort of its occupants. As part of the GOAL nZEBs project, an energy upgrade of the building is implemented, which includes external thermal insulation of the roof and walls, replacement of frames with new energy frames, replacement of luminaires with new LED technology luminaires, as well as the installation of a new electrical system. In addition, the old electric water heaters will be replaced with a solar thermal system for the production of Hot Water. All the above interventions will result in the reduction of electricity consumption, the saving of money for heating needs and the improvement of the living conditions of the users of the building.

O Δήμος Αρταίων στο πλαίσιο υλοποίησης της Πράξης "Greece cOllaborates with ALbania for nZEBs" GOAL nZEBs, του Προγράμματος Εδαφικής Συνεργασίας Interreg V–A Ελλάδα- Αλβανία 2014-2020, διοργάνωσε με επιτυχία στην Άρτα την Τρίτη 05 Οκτωβρίου 2021, θεματικά εργαστήρια για την ενσωμάτωση σύγχρονων ενεργειακών τεχνολογιών σε κτιριακές υποδομές.
Τα εργαστήρια διεξήχθησαν από εξειδικευμένα στελέχη του Κέντρου Ανανεώσιμων Πηγών & Εξοικονόμησης Ενέργειας και του Ταμείου Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης Δυτικής Μακεδονίας που είναι Εταίροι στην Πράξη, μαζί με τον Δήμο Αρταιών και το επίσημο Agency για αυτά τα θέματα στην Αλβανία, το Υπουργείο Ενέργειας και Υποδομών της Αλβανίας.

Ατζέντες των Εκδηλώσεων της Πράξης GOAL nZEBs στις 5 και 6 Οκτωβρίου 2021 στην Άρτα.

Ανακοινώθηκαν τα προγράμματα εκδηλώσεων στο πλαίσιο του έργου GOAL nZEBs του προγράμματος διασυνοριακής συνεργασίας μεταξύ Ελλάδας και Αλβανίας. Σκοπός η ενημέρωση για τις κτιριακές υποδομές σχεδόν μηδενικής ενεργειακής κατανάλωσης (nZEBs) και τη δημιουργία Ενεργειακών Κοινοτήτων. Home Four important Partners from Greece and Albania participate to the GOAL nZEBs Project in order to strengthen the possibilities for the cross-border cooperation between Greece and Albania for the building infrastructure in the nZEBs sense and to enhance the potential for energy communities.

Four important Partners from Greece and Albania are participating in the “GOAL nZEBs” Project for the implementation of small-scale demonstration investments in public facilities, that will be turned to nZEBs. These facilities concern, the building of Regional Development Fund of Western Macedonia in Kozani, the City Hall of Arta, Schools of Arta and the “Fato Berberi” Cultural Center in the Municipality of Gjirokastra. The investments aim to reduce the energy consumption of the buildings contributing directly to the Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings and the 2012 Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27/EU.
