We all have our bad days. Maybe you woke up on the wrong side of the bed or had a bad day at the office. However, this does not mean that you ruin the rest of your day.

One bad day doesn’t make it a bad life.

In this episode, we discuss very controversial aspects of love, love addiction and self-love with teZa Lord], the author of the book Hybrid Vigor.

In this book, Teza portrays different lessons on the love that are given to us by different animals.

I personally enjoyed this book very much and I was very happy that Teza wanted to be part of the podcast! She is an excellent spiritual activist with an incredible story. We hope you enjoy this episode!

Again thanks to teZa Lord] for joining me on this episode

In order to escape the dream one must master the dream ❤️ This is from the book Mastery of Love which we are currently reading in our bookclub. It’s an amazing book I came across years back and it explains in such simple terms why human relationships are sometimes so painful and what we can do about it to make them simpler.

It is not late to join our bookclub if you are interested! Our next meeting is end of May and this is a very short and easy to read book. If you are interested in joining drop us a message! We would love to meet you and make yoh part of our community of readers :)

I (Maria) want to share a personal story about intuition that happened recently. For many years as a hobby I have practiced technical diving. This is a very male dominated arena, so there is a lot pressure to push yourself to be strong, tough, practical, risky (yes, risky! even when the trainings are all about safety), and all of the sorts. You get the gist.

Last weekend I was getting ready to do my usual 1.5 hour drive to go and do two deep wreck dives when everything just started going weird somehow. I didn't have any energy in the morning (when I am usually excited) and I was super late. As I arrived and I started assembling my gear I realized I had forgotten my dive watch. I wanted to abort the dives but they lend me a watch so I continued. Then on the boat I realized I had forgotten my mask (such a school boy error!). I wanted to abort the dives but someone had a spare mask on the boat so I continued.

Then as I am strapping on my twin tanks I realise the strap is broken on my spare regulator and people is like "oh just keep it close to your chest". A guy helped me fix it but at this point I am very sketched out that so many things have gone wrong. I asked the universe for a clear signal that I shouldn't go in the water. As I said this, I was already all geared up with twin tanks on my back, waiting my turn to jump. As I reached out to open the air to get ready to jump I hear a hose snap. I heard the snap clearly and I kept hearing the air escaping. People was like "we don't hear anything" but i was like sorry guys I am not going in the water I don't feel well. The hose had in fact snapped we discovered later and I think I was lucky to have (after many attempts) followed my intuition. I don't know what would have happened if I had jumped in the water, maybe something, maybe nothing, but I am very happy with my decision. Except for the fact that I had to stay in the boat and I got terribly sea sick, but that's another story lol.

Do you have crazy stories about intuition? Tell us!

Have you guys listened to our latest episode?? It's not you, it's... me - Part II!💫

We realise that relationships are a touchy subject and not everybody agrees with our views on relationships... and that's ok! Let us know what are your thoughts. What is hard? What would you want to rant about? what do you miss (if you are not on one)? What drives you crazy??

Also apologies for the super long silence in social media! We have been super busy recording some amazing episodes, but also super busy with life in general! But looking forward to go back to your feed very soon!

Listen to our episode about !Definitely a very interesting subject for us because a lot of the time we were made to believe in the past that we are wrong or too irrational. So it is hard to go back to trusting those feelings that are alerting us or calling us to do something.

What are your thoughts about intuition?💜
