Look at this adorably tiny cake! Triple layer 4” vanilla cake with vanilla filling! Trying to find donuts that didn’t look absolutely ridiculous on this cake was a challenge but it turned out so cute 🥰

Had the pleasure of making these Star Wars themed chocolate covered strawberries! Aren’t they just adorable?🤗
I usually hate working with fondant but this cake was so much fun to make! It was a double birthday, birthday cake. Chocolate cake with an Oreo filling and vanilla buttercream. Loved the theme and loved the way it turned out!

Really fun nautical themed baby shower cake and sugar cookies I got to make! Lemon blueberry cake with a lemon curd and a blueberry compote filling. The shells are white chocolate and the tiny sandcastle is graham cracker crumbs and lemon curd😋⚓️⛵️🐚

I had one of my favorite customers call me the other night and ask if I would put together a GIANT candy bouquet with the biggest Hershey’s almond bars, Reese’s and Twix bars I could find, and how could I possibly say no to this challenge? This bouquet had to weigh like 15lbs. I also made some chocolate cupcakes with a peanut butter frosting dipped in chocolate ganache and topped with salted peanuts, and some giant chocolate chip cookies stuffed with homemade salted Caramels. And of course a handmade card♥️

Recipe testing: lemon meringue “pie” cake😋🍋 lemon cake, lemon curd, graham cracker crumbs and toasted meringue. Will work on making it look prettier but I would say flavor was perfect!

Today I finished 40 Mothers day boxes consisting of one vanilla bean sugar cookie with a royal icing flower, a coffee macaron dipped in dark chocolate and a raspberry macaron with a white chocolate drizzle😋 now I’m tired😮💨
