Let go..

Sometimes it's easier to let it fall apart instead of fighting to hold it together. When there's too many parts to hold, too many falling pieces, it feels heavy and can't keep up. It takes so much energy just to stop what is already in motion. But when you let all the pieces fall to the ground, they rest still and you rest as well — no more struggling. And after, you take the time you need to rebuild with no more resistance.

Allow yourself to feel.

Hope gives us the strength of persistence, but what's important is what we decide to hang onto.

Even if things were meant to turn out this way for me to grow, learn lessons and prepare for what's meant for me, it doesn't mean that I have to think that the way I was treated was fair — I accept my anger and pain.
