So July 2020 I took the leap and started my journey with Juice plus+. I was skeptical to say the least as trying to lose weight was near to impossible for me as I love my food and struggled with any other plans to keep it up.
July I was unhappy with the weight I’d gained from lockdown and after my hysterectomy, it made me feel so low and I hated myself putting me in a very dark place I do not want to return to.
I’ve been on plan since then and lost 2 stone 3lbs and 36 inches! My god, what a journey it’s been from then to now 🙊

A friend introduced me to Juice Plus premium capsules.

My energy was low and I was always tired. Eating fast food on the go meant I went from high to low energy all the time.

I started on the fruit, veg and berry capsules and within 2 weeks noticed a huge difference in my energy levels. After a month I had started to lose weight, not through consciously trying but because I had stopped grabbing the high sugar energy junk food as I suddenly didn't need them.

Although it felt good to have lost some weight my main focus was feeling good and energetic.

A few monthsater, I began using Juice Plus shakes. I never ate breakfast before as i was not hungry until mid morning but by having a shake for breakfast when I woke and healthy snacks and meals throughout I began to lose weight. I felt amazing and soon other people noticed the new me too.

I started Zumba and clubbercise and attended each week and then started Piyo and body conditioning classes.

In 15 months I went from 95kg to 65kg. A massive 30kg loss or 4.7 stone. Absolutely amazing.

My whole attitude towards food has changed. Yes I still have takeaway and eat out but I choose sensibly.

I no longer use ready made sauces and jars from the supermarket. I rarely eat ready meals.

I love cooking and it is simple and enjoyable preparing meals for me and my 2 boys.

This morning I’m my own inspiration!!

I haven’t got as far as others where weightloss is concerned but for me this is a very big achievement. I’m now nearly 2 stone lighter never been healthier and never felt better. I have always been a sufferer of depression and anxiety and to top that off I suffer very badly with my asthma and my skin (dermatitis and psoriasis). As many of you know I have been on several different journeys throughout the past 5 years. So it's time to tell my story from start to finish.

5 years ago I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety and an eating disorder. I went from 12 stone right down to 6 stone , not eating, just living off of caffeine and working 60+ hours a week. Then one day, I was sat in the doctors with my doctor telling me this is make or break with your health as my organs were showing distress. This was enough to get me to do something about it. I started using the complete shakes to gain weight and had therapy for my anxiety.

Fast forward a year... I had gone from 6st to 9st 12lbs. My doctor confirmed that my most recent bloods were the healthiest he had ever seen them and that I was a good healthy weight. Anxiety was under control and my depression gone!

Fast forward 3 and a bit years and I found out that the impossible had happened... we were expecting! For 7 years we were lead to believe I couldn't have children, so as you can imagine it was a shock when I found out my little roo was on the way. Throughout my pregnancy I used the Juice Plus shakes, capsules and energy lift. I only went from 9st 12lbs to 12st 6lbs or thereabouts.

I only had swelling in the last 3 weeks and at 38 weeks and on the 8/7/2020 my little roo joined us: happy, healthy, very alert and bright eyed!

1 week after roo was born I was 12st 6lbs and 4oz. I offically started my plan on the 1/08/20 and weighed in at 10st 4lbs and 4oz.
5 weeks and 6 days since starting my plan of keeping active following an 80/20 balanced eating with the odd treat, using our complete shakes, boosters, complete bars and the capsules I am now back to my pre-baby weight of 9st 12lbs and 8oz.

I still have my mum tum but hey I've had a baby and I'm proud of my mum tum 💙🍼👣
