On the occasion of , I express my gratitude to the Late Pandit Pratap Narayan, my , from whom I took training in Hindustani classical music. He was the older brother Pt. Jasraj and father of music directors and and actresses Sulakshana and Vijeta Pandit and grandfather of singers and .
The first raga he taught me after the “Ganda Bandhan” ceremony was raga Yaman. Good times back then where the Guru-Shishya relationship was more at a spiritual level and culturally inclined.

We would like to take a moment to shed light on the exceptional quality of our sound system and lighting setup at the recent Bollywood Karaoke Night. 🎤✨ Many attendees may not have realized that we went above and beyond to bring you a concert-grade experience, far surpassing your typical “basement karaoke party” setup. Each speaker was designed to cater to crowds of 300+ people, delivering crystal-clear sound that resonated throughout the venue. 🎶🔊 The state-of-the-art mixer and mesmerizing lights were no ordinary equipment either; they were the very same ones used in concerts. 🎵💡 Our aim was to create a stage, a platform, and a professional-level experience for all the talented singers who took the mic. We wanted to ensure a remarkable ambiance that would set our event apart from any regular house party.
The $10 ticket price was intended to cover the cost of logistics, banquet arrangements, and the top-notch sound system, all contributing to a truly immersive and professional environment. It's important to note that we did not make any profit from this event; in fact, we personally covered the expenses and experienced losses. 😔
We understand that some attendees may not have fully grasped the effort and investment that went into crafting this unforgettable evening. Nevertheless, we remain dedicated to delivering excellence and showcasing the best of Bollywood music. 🌟 Thank you to all our supporters, and let's continue to celebrate the magic of music together! 🎉🎶

Jana Gana Mana is the national anthem of India. It was originally composed as Bharoto Bhagyo Bidhata in Bengali by polymath Rabindranath Tagore. The first stanza of the song Bharoto Bhagyo Bidhata was adopted by the Constituent Assembly of India as the National Anthem on 24 January 1950. A formal rendition of the national anthem takes approximately 52 seconds. A shortened version consisting of the first and last lines (and taking about 20 seconds to play) is also staged occasionally. Get your hashtags in place and 500k+ views on IG is guranteed. Moreover, original content, fancy mics, studio recordings, edits/mixings, etc. do make a lot of difference in getting views, likes and followers/subcribers. Miracles don't happen, they are created.
Incidentally, it is actress Sadhana's 79th birth anniversary on 2nd September 2020. So, consider this song as my tribute to her contribituon in Bollywood.
