Hello there! My name is Ken Willis and I offer private tutoring to students in grades 6-12, collegiate and with special education needs. Please private message me for inquiries and to schedule tutoring times. During the week, I have open time slots from 2pm-5pm. Later times may be an option as well. On Saturday I am available from 8am - 5pm. If these times do not work for you, please let me know and I will try to work something out.
I graduated from Bob Jones Academy in 2007, from Bob Jones University in 2011 (History B.A.) and have taught in private and public schools since 2011. Subjects I have taught include English, Math, Science, History, Government, Economics, Bible, American Literature and British Literature, Military History. On the Collegiate level, I have taught Elementary Hebrew and Bible Doctrines & Apologetics. I have worked with special needs students clinically diagnosed with ADHD, Asperger's and various learning disabilities.
I prefer a very personable approach which seeks to diagnose the student's strengths, weaknesses and manner in which they best learn. I seek to utilize that information to maximize their learning and increase testing scores.
