Since our guests are short term there is so much less damages or incidences than long term rentals where more damages are likely.
Additionally because these are short term guests, after each visit we are able to go into the home and complete a comprehensive checklist for maintenance, cleaning and care of the property. This minimizes even the wear and tear on the property, limits damages, and decreases liability.
In a long term rental you are not as protected with coverage. In a long term rental a maintenance issue like a leak could go unnoticed for a long time and results in an expensive disaster. With short term, eyes on the property weekly or more keeps this down as well!
