Most of my progress has been from home workouts. Consistency and working out smart is key. Enough water, food, rest and mindfulness. Self care is the path to success. 👍
Staying focused while isolated is hard, be kind to yourself and focuse on micro healthy habits like making your bed to get the ball rolling. 💗
Super challenging movment, if you can manage to pull it off with acceptable technique it is excellent and efficient at building leg mass. 🦵🦵🦵

I got myself some new toys 45 lbs
Notice I did my best to maintain a neutral spine and a nice tall chest. I did this by keeping abdominals extended and activated, and my upper and lower back engaged, this helps support the weight throughout the movement.
I am already loving them 😍
