A man in Kano went to a foodseller.
He had not eaten in 3 days.
He bêgged the seller for food on credit.

The foodseller said no because he already gave food to too many people on credit.

The man sat down beside the foodseller’s shop as he had nowhere else to go.

The foodseller told him he’s very sørry and he would like to help but too many people in the neighbourhood have collected food on credit and his business is sínkīng.

The man sat there and said nothing.

As time went on, other people came into the shop to buy foodstuff and went out- they noticed the man at the door sitting there sleeping. But nobody bōthered.

Until one man came later in the day and asked the foodseller: “who is the man sitting at your door?” “Why is he there?”

Then the foodseller said “oh it’s a man who says he has not eaten for 3 days and he wants to collect food on credit but I could not give him because my business is strūggliñg from all the credit I have already given out”.

Then the other man said: “How much is the food he wants?”

The food seller said “It’s a few cups of garri, rice and beans. Everything may be 2,000 naira”.

The other man said “Alright pack everything he wants and more. I would pay for it. Let him go home to his family and eat”.

The foodseller packed all the food and went outside to tell the man with joy that someone has paid for his food.

He saw the man still sleeping.
He tâpped him to wake him up, he didn’t respond. Tâpped him again, nothing.

The man had dīed.
He dīed sitting and waiting for help.

This hâppened just few days ago in Badawa, Kano. Some people who live in that area know this story.

The man was de@d all along while people were coming in and out of the shop thinking he was sleeping.

He dīed høpeless. He dīed hêlpless. He dīed a man who his country faīled.

If you have enough REASONS, you could do the incredible. In my years of research and study, I discovered that REASONS is the reason WHY we take a decision. Without REASONS, you don't have the release to accomplish great things.

REASONS come first and answers come second. Life has a way of hiding all the answers and disclosing them to people who have been inspired to look for them. People who have reasons to look for them(answers).

Put in another way, when you know what you want, and you want it badly enough, you would find ways to get it. The answers, the method, and the solution would become evident to you.

With REASONS, you:
SEARCH
DISCOVER
REFINE; WHAT YOU HAVE DISCOVERED.
DEPLOY; WHAT YOU HAVE DISCOVERED.

All of these has phases had stages in human development.

CONSCIOUS TEENAGE. The discovery stage. AGE: 13-19.

As a teenager, your teenage is for discovery; visiting yourself, asking personal questions, seeking answers, studying, penning down all the processes, questions, and answers.

YOUTH AGE, self-development stage.
AGE: 20-29

This phase is to leverage the information gotten from the previous phase. Get skills that would enhance the actualisation of phase one.
Make connections. Connect to the right minds, persons that have similar visions, mentors, role models, and friends.

This phase is the longest in all the phases and has a lot of challenges. Your consciousness level at this stage is very high.

ADULT, Self actualisation stage.
AGE: 30-TILL.

You are now visible to the world, your visions are no longer blurred, but very visible and everyone can see it.
This phase ushers you into the profession of mentoring and coaching.

PS: But remember, that factors besides giftedness contribute to success in any field: passions, talents, special abilities, training, education, background, experience, dependability, commitment, adaptability, and so forth.

For some days now, I have been off social media. In the past couple of days, I have noticed a dramatic increase in the cost of living. This has led to lots of (reactive) complaints from different people.

As if that is not enough, the association in charge of Nigeria University went on strike. This caused the student to be home. The system of things in the country is no longer working well.

That led me into serious thought.

Does it mean life will become hard?

Now that things are difficult, how do we survive?

Why is the government not making life easier for us?

Etc....

There may be same line of thought in your mind right now. It's normal.

At the end of my meditation, I realise that whatever happens, the country is ours.

No matter what happens the future belongs to us.

What will happen in the future is dependent on what we do today.

What does this mean to you?

It means that it is time we take our time to put things in place.

It is time we think of what to do to better our lives both as individuals and as a nation.

If the activities of some people called the Government can bring us to this reality, then our activities will directly or indirectly Change the reality tomorrow.

The question now is:

What do you plan to do to Affect Change? ( Answer this question, don't skip it)

For me.

My focus this year is to help people within my territory ( especially members of my Academy) to discover their Gifts(tools) and develop them, so they can launch them for impact and profit.

Since I began my online coaching and consultancy, I have focused on helping people Discover themselves. Now, we are focusing on developing what has been Discovered so they can have expression.

How is the fulfillment of vision meant to work in practical terms? Proverbs 18:16 is a powerful statement that reveals the answer: "A man's gift makes room for him" (NKJV). What you were designed to be known for is your gift.

God has put a gift or talent in every person that the world will make room for.

It is this gift that will enable you to fulfill your vision.

It will make a way for you in life. It is in exercising this gift that you will find real fulfillment, purpose, and contentment in your work.

It is interesting to note that the Bible does not say that a man's education makes room for him, but that his gift does.

Somehow we have swallowed the idea that education is the key to success. Our families and societies have reinforced this idea to us, but we will have to change our perspective if we are to be truly successful.

Education is not the key to success.

Don't misunderstand me. I believe in education. However, if education were the key to success, then everyone who has a Ph.D. would be financially secure and happy.

If you are intelligent but are not exercising your gift, you're probably going to be poor. If you're educated but have not developed your talent, you're likely going to be depressed, frustrated, and tired.

You will hate going to work on Monday mornings.

Education, in itself, doesn't guarantee anything.

It is your gift that is the key to your success.

The second part of Proverbs 18:16 says, "A man's gift…brings him before great men" (NKJV). You don't realize that the gift you're sitting on is loaded.

The world won't move over for you just because you're smart.

However, when you exercise your gift, not only will the world make room for you, but it will also pay you for it.

Anyone - yourself included - who discovers his or her gift and develops it will become a commodity.

If you're a young person in high school or college who is planning your career, don't do what people say will make you a lot of money. Do what you were born to do, because that is where you will make your money. No matter how big the world is, there's a place for you in it when you discover and manifest your gift.

Alexander Graham Bell believed that sound could be converted into electrical impulses and transmitted by wire.

No one remembers those who thought he was crazy.

We remember only the man who had the vision and created the telephone.

If you do things in a halfway manner, you can always find a job somewhere. Yet if you do just enough to get by, you are going to remain simply an employee.

However, if you decide that you're going to find something that is truly yours, then you will fulfill your vision, and you will be remembered by others.

3 Key Questions That Will Help You Identify Your Gift

A gift is not talent.
Everyone has a gift, but not every person recognizes what his or her gift is. Being able to identify it is the key to fulfilling the unique purpose of your life.

However, don’t confuse a gift with talent. Anyone can learn a talent, but a gift is something you’re born with.

Think of it this way: can any person take singing lessons to improve her voice? Yes, she can develop a singing talent. But can anyone sing like Whitney Houston? No. Whitney’s voice was her gift, and no one else (no matter how many lessons they take and how dedicated they are to furthering their talent) will sing quite like her.

If you’re not sure what your gift is, ask yourself these three questions:
• What can I do that I’m best at, with little effort on my part?

• What is the one thing that other people associate with me?

• I’ve listened to others connect this gift with me, so how have I used it?

Write down your answers and think about what you find. When you identify your gift, you now have the opportunity to live your richest life. The success you experience will be connected to that gift, but you have to figure out the most valuable way to use it.

Find yourself and reflect.
If your gift is writing, how can you use it in the most valuable way? Your way might not be in writing fiction—it could be motivational writing instead. Or, if your gift is listening, think of all the ways you could use it to benefit the most people.

To live your most fulfilling life, identify your gift by asking yourself the questions above.

For the past few days been working on a project where my backache.

My vertebral column transmitted a message of the pain of which I know the cause but the passion and the haste for the work would allow me to relax.

Have you seen those recent videos trending and circulating on social media? How some demon-infected Homosapien is killing vulnerable ladies all in the quest for MONEY.

It saddens my heart the see my generation fall for the LOVE of money.

I discovered is lack of knowledge.
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge (Hosea 4:1).

But guess what, this is the best time for you to publicise Christ.

Exodus 9:16
But I have raised you for this very purpose, that I might display My power to you, and that My name might be proclaimed in all the earth.

Psalm 76:10
Even the wrath of man shall praise You; with the survivors of wrath, You will clothe Yourself.

When such atrocities of this kind start manifesting, it's a sign God wants to display his POWER.

BUT, where is the vessel to use?
Are you prepared?

Did You See Those Half Naked Girls?

I posted this in 2016 but read it yesyerday and still had goose bumps all over me. I hope it has the same effect on you, too.

One day, a young soldier walked up to a General in the army and asked him, "Sir, what is the secret of your success in the army? I want to be successful, too."
‎
The General looked at the young soldier steadily for about 3 minutes without saying a word. Then he issued a life threatening order. He commanded the young soldier to fill a cup with water and walk round the training field five times.

He told him that his life depends on it. That if a drop of water falls from the cup, he would be shot immediately. Four soldiers were positioned at different points to shoot him once a drop of water falls from the cup.

Seeing how serious the whole thing turned out, the young soldier took the cup of water and went out to complete his assignment. He carefully walked round the training field five times and not a single drop fell from the cup.

On completion of the task, he returned the full cup of water back to the General.

When the General saw his commitment to preserve his life by not allowing a drop of water out of the cup, he asked him the following questions.‎

"Did you see those half naked girls dancing in the field?"‎
"No."‎

"Did you see the other soldiers playing football in the field?"‎
"No."‎

"What about those two people that were fighting, did you see them?"‎
"No."‎

Then the General looked at him and told him, "If you keep your focus on the task at hand, you will succeed and also preserve your life.

What if you gave that kind of focus to what you are doing right now? What kind of result do you think you will get?

I said war is coming in 2022 but what sort of war am I talking about is it a war that is fought with guns and bombs.

No, not that sort of war but rather a bigger war.

A war of information

What!!! a war of information is that even a thing.

In 2022 the war that is going to be actually fought, is a War of Information. The most Informed takes the trophy but do you know lots of people will actually not get that trophy.

Why? Because they are all trying to get information, because they were made to belief that it's a war of information.

But the smarter ones know a truth, that no average person knows and what's that truth.

There is actually information everywhere, so how is anyone going to win a war with what is common, because commoness means abuse.

So that where the real truth comes in, you are not going to win 2022 because you have much information, no not at all in this age information is everywhere.

So 2022 there will be enough informations, informations that will make and mar people.

More brands and bussinesses and businesses will be seen In the picture, with all of them holding informations in their hands.

They will all have informations, because actually everyone wants to grow in 2022 everyone wants to become this and that in 2022.

But the truth is that actually most of this dreams will not become realities, why this dreams are been built on a foundation of Information.

Is that not a good thing, it is to some extent, but it's not safe because everyone has the same medicine you think you have.

So how do we win in 2022 it's by getting something I understand as

Superior information, you saw right. Superior information is what you need because everyone wants to win in 2022 so they are all gathering informations but in order for your difference to be clearly seen you wouldn't want to be waiting for information because anyone and everyone can get them.

But how can you stand out

1. Get informations at the first instance don't wait till everyone has already seen it, how do you do these.

📌 Read books at first instance, subscribe to great authors and thought leaders youtube channel, so you get there notifications at first instance.

📌 Subscribe to newsletters and make sure you read them regularly.

📌 Use Twitter has a tool for learning and not a place to "catch cruise". So you can get updated with the latest trends, don't wait for AIT and NTA

NB: Am not talking badly against AIT and NTA am just telling you to stay ahead.

📌 Join telegram groups and broadcast list and Facebook groups that dish out value.

2. Go as far as getting information that no else as heard. I wouldn't recommend platforms here, you have to do deep research don't wait for crumbs get the food.

The public feed on crumbs when the real meal has already been shared.

Stay ahead be ahead, 2022 there will be emergence of different brands, individuals and businesses.

But you'll only be a winner when you are ahead with superior information.

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE YOU CAN STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

"Don’t be like the crowd."

"Stand out from the crowd."

"If you keep doing things the way everybody else does them, you will keep being ordinary."

We have all heard or used variations of those statements at one time or another.

Sometimes when we say those words, we make it look like the crowd is full of stupid people. But the truth is that the crowd is full of normal people.

The crowd is made up of people who sincerely want the best for themselves. People who are toiling day and night for a better life. People who go to work, give their best and expect to be rewarded.

So, if you want to stand out from the crowd or you want to be extraordinary, the very first step is to identify the qualities of those that are in the crowd. If you don’t know the qualities of the people in the crowd, how can you be sure that you are not one of them?

What I want to do today is to share with you the kinds of people that make up the crowd. So that you can rightly assess yourself.

The crowd is made up of people who wake up in the morning and say their prayers. They may or may not be married with kids. They attend to domestic issues like preparing breakfast, preparing the kids for school (bathe and dress them up), go to drop the kids at school before going to work.

At work, they do whatever they are paid to do. Then around 2:00 p.m., they call that Keke rider that they have arranged to go and pick the kids from school since they cannot do the school runs themselves. If the other spouse is at home, they will be the one to do the school run.

They continue to attend to work issues until 5:00 p.m. when the office closes. Then they start the journey home. Only to repeat the same thing the next day, and the next day, and the next day.

Those are the people we are calling "ORDINARY." Those are the people we are talking about when we say. “don’t be like the crowd.”

I did that to let you know that the crowd is not full of lazy people like we are tempted to think. The crowd is full of hardworking people trying hard to make a living. They are not sitting down and expecting manner to fall from heaven. They go to work every day just like you.

They have a Facebook account like you. They come online to post and read what people post. Some days, they are so busy that they cannot show up here. They have more important things to attend to.

Why then are they referred to as the crowd? It is because there are millions and billions of people in that bracket. It means if you want to stand out from the crowd, if you want to be extra-ordinary, you must do more than the person I just described.

That is why it is hard to stand out from the crowd. There is no easy formula.

You will have to push yourself much harder than the average person. It means when that person is taking a rest after all of that struggle, you keep on working because you want to stand out.

You invest more of your time, developing yourself and learning new skills, that will give you an advantage in life.

You spend your hard-earned money in things that people cannot see because you are investing in your future. Sometimes you go as far as borrowing money to register for a class you know you desperately need.

You find a path that you know will give you an advantage and you discipline yourself to stay on that path. If social media will give you an advantage, then you put in all your energy to maximize the gains of social media.

For me, the path I have chosen is to become more visible in 2022. After giving it some thought, I realized it is one thing that will give me a big advantage. That is why I am taking up a 45-day video challenge.

But becoming more visible will take a lot of work. For the past 3 weeks, I have been posting high-value content twice daily on different platforms. It is stretching. It takes a lot of mental energy. But it is a necessary part of the process. It is a part of my visibility strategy.

At the same time, I am preparing content for 2022. Video content and written content. I wake up early and sleep late.

I have a community that has not seen much growth since we hit 26,000. I must evolve if I want my community to grow. My current leadership style can no longer produce the results I want. So, I must become another person if I want to see the results I desire.

All of these are real work. There is no easy way around it. That is the price I must pay.

Are you paying the price to stand out?

Leaders start early while others are sleeping.

You don't start a journey without having the means(tools) that would lead you to the destination or actualisation.

Everything with a purpose "must" have tools for actualisation.

Just imagine someone going to farm to w**d without tools, you get to the farm and be wandering about the whole farm at the end of the day you go back home without achieving nothing, what did you gain? NOTHING!

Let's work with that illustration now, you came to earth with a purpose to impact lives

If not, you are wandering around, with no bearing, no compass, no direction and there would be no future.

Q&A SESSION: HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE A GIFT?

¶You have a strong intuition.

When I'm asking people a question, I frequently answer in my head before I even hear them respond. Some people hear voices. Others feel the thought pop up in their mind, and others feel a response in their heart. It doesn’t matter how the messages are coming to you; what matters is that you’re conscious of them. When random thoughts pop into your mind or voices speak to you, listen. Don't brush them off.

Start to pay attention to when things feel good and when they feel awful. Let's say for example, you imagine yourself hanging out with your friends and laughing hysterically. What do you feel in your body while thinking about this experience? Then picture yourself having the worst day of your life, whatever that is for you, and feel into what your body shares with you during that moment. As you turn to your being with questions on a regular basis, the good and bad feelings will become more prominent.

Always remember to be grateful for your body and the messages it's giving you. As you embrace them with praise, you are strengthening the opportunity of receiving more information with greater ease.
