Catalyze Club is a free membership-based society where young people can join in order to grow, make friends, and impact the community. The interns get a chance to access university programs,
gain practical experience opportunities and have fun in the process.

Since 1987, OneHope has been working tirelessly to spread the Good News of Jesus to children all over the world! Through your prayers and partnership, we were able to reach the 2 billionth child today! We believe God will finish what He began and that children around the world will continue to hear and be transformed by the Word of God.

Our Spark multiplier heading to training on Saturday morning in the remote villages of Kajiado county, Kenya, mostly accessible using a motorcycle. He does Spark training and also distributes material travelling around 150km.

We began enjoying the fruits in the different regions, In regions of low Digital exposure. They are moving in their neighborhood teaching and equipping Children and Youth Workers.

Micky Okumu is one of the wholesome teens we encountered in a tour mission we did with Kubamba Krew in 2021 in Busia, Western Kenya. He is from a humble background and comes from Western Kenya. He was a final-year student and was completing his high school in March 2022.
He had no clear career path and was limited financially, so he opted to sign up for the Catalyze Pilot 2022 where he received a call from Onehope in April of the same year.
He engaged with Onehope by doing the Lead Today. Through life-transforming teachings, he decided to follow Christ. He was very consistent in trying the online programs that he later graduated from and qualified to do the silver level. Catalyze program has played a major role in his growth. Apart from the discipleship programs, he chose to do Product Management one and two on Udemy. These enabled him to know how to package himself as an entrepreneur. He has utilized his gift in creating wall art products that have opened many financial doors, including attendance at an event that launched a start-up fund for entrepreneurs. He had an opportunity to meet and greet the president of Kenya and sell him a portrait that he made for him.
Through his resilience, he was also able to secure a phone that has enabled him and his younger brother to do the online offerings of Udemy and stay active in the youth community.
He currently finished the Gold stage of the Catalyze program and is among the active students. He is currently waiting to join the six-month internship that Catalyze offers. This will give him a competitive work-study experience that will continue growing him as a visionary leader.

Bullying is defined as, to hurt or frighten someone, often over a period of time, and often forcing that person to do something they do not want to do. A Survey by the Cambridge University suggest that one out of every four children faces bullying in school.

With the growth of technology and children using social media; the amount of bullying going on with children under the age of 18 is a worrying trend. It’s prudent we speak against this growing menace and put measures to cub and reduce bullying at home, in school, our churches and the society at large.
