Helping mamas create a thriving life to live life now, not someday when.
Over here thinking about all the possibilities.
For me.
For you.
All it takes is stepping out in faith and believing that *you can* change the trajectory of your life.
Find the right vehicle.
Automate your business.
Be abundantly paid for your time.
You don’t have to trade time with your family for abundance. Will it happen overnight? No, this isn’t a genie in a bottle. But with patience, longterm vision and consistency watch and see if your life doesn’t change…and change in an abundant way.
I believe in you, even if you don’t believe in yourself…yet. If this sparks hope in you, let’s chat.🤍
I decided to let it all go.
The need to be perfect about everything:
- the perfect house
- the perfect littles
- the perfect bone straight hair
- the perfect way to do business
- the need to be perfectly ready
And I just embraced what was in front of me, mess and all. Started taking imperfect steps of action. Started loving what I saw now, not someday when.
And you know what?
I’m kinda falling in love with this messy, fun, wild and incredibly grateful version of myself.🤍
If you’re breathing your story isn’t over yet!!
Double tap if you agree🖤
Have you ever had to recalibrate?
I just did. About 37seconds ago.
Well, it was a bit longer than that but hang with me here. I had just gotten done grumbling to my mom about something and I walked by the mirror and saw this shirt.
Immediately I thought, “Well, isn’t 𝑇𝐻𝐴𝑇 ironic.”
Just as quickly Heaven whispered back:
“𝐼𝑇 𝐷𝑂𝐸𝑆𝑁’𝑇 𝐻𝐴𝑉𝐸 𝑇𝑂 𝐵𝐸.“
That’s the beauty of being able to recalibrate yourself. You have the power to change your thoughts, your attitude, your lense which you see everything through.
And so I did.
Secured my littles, took a quick shower, threw my hair up in a mom-bun, put on some eye makeup and slipped on my favorite sandals...and just like that I’d changed things.
Just. Like. That.
And you can, too. Our minds are powerful. What we think, what we say...it’s all powerful and it either brings life or it doesn’t.
So if you’re feeling like the good vibes aren’t your vibes today can I gently encourage you—like Heaven just encouraged me—to stop and change your narrative.
I promise, it’ll change everything.🤍
This question can change it all.
**Are you interested or are you committed?**
If you’re merely interested, you can be swayed away from whatever you set your mind to accomplish.
If you’re committed, nothing — and I mean nothing — will deter you from accomplishing what you’ve set out to accomplish.
Does it mean it will always be easy? Nope.
But it will be worth it. So keep going. Decide that you’re committed and go for it🤍
I just had a FOUR FIGURE DAY.
True story. Last week--36days into this new automated platform--I had a four figure day. Yes **DAY**. And there was such ease to it that it almost felt like a dream.
I don't share this to brag, I share it to show what is possible.
It's possible to make a fantastic living without being glued to your phone. It's possible to create income online without sacrificing your life in front of you. It's possible to go after your dreams in your heart and still be present with you family.
If you're wanting a change in your life, maybe this is it?
Curious? DM "change" and I'll send you a short overview, no strings attached.🤍
A determination to act in a certain way: RESOLVE.
What intention are you living with today?
Is it propelling you forward?
Grounding you in peace and purpose?
Giving you the grace and ease to meet your day?
Intention is a massive part of mindset, and your mindset sets the tone for everything.
What intention are you living with today?🖤
This little hands…they have captured my heart.
They are why I do, quite literally, everything.
Why I pursue the things in my life. Why I dream big and don’t let that dream get washed away by anyone. Why I shifted and slowed down, at the very time found a way to ramp up without me being on 24/7.
Holding my little’s hand is everything to me, and I’m so beyond grateful for those little fingers.
Do you have a “why” for whatever it is you do?🤍
Gratitude.
It changes everything.
I’ve been working on flipping the script in my head. Is it always easy, no. Sometimes life it just…a lot…but the moment I flip the script and position my heart and mind into a place of gratitude….phew, watch out.
It sounds like a wide sweeping statement but can I tell you something: this posture of gratitude is changing everything.
Because doing life without community isn’t how we are wired.
Not in parenting.
Not in business.
Not in life.
So grateful for the tribe of crazy-talented, steadfast, brilliant, hilarious, gorgeous and like-minded (yet uniquely their own) women that have come into my life over the years.
Find your tribe and love them hard🖤
You simply are because you’re breathing.
You are here on purpose, for a purpose. And there is a gift in you that is uniquely yours...a gift that the world needs.
No matter what season you find yourself in, never forget this truth:
you are wildly capable and absolutely fabulous.
Just. As. You. Are.🖤
I look at her and see how I want to live:
𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙. 𝙁𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨. 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙚. 𝙁𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚.
Even when things are twisty-turny.
Even when things are going smoothly one moment then all of a sudden aren’t.
𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣.
Because, let’s be honest here, life sometimes happens...and you suddenly feel like things are spinning out of control.
But instead of freaking out and holding on for dear life, I want to be like her, laughing and smiling as she spins around and around.
Confident that it’s okay. That she is okay.
It’s funny. I prayed over my belly as she grew that this sweet miracle babe would be fearless. And fearless she is.
Little did I know that 𝙨𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙩𝙤𝙤.
And isn’t that how we are supposed to live? Fearless and confident in who God created us to be? To live out the purpose on our lives?
That’s my prayer for you: that you would be fearless, that you would 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 that you were created on purpose for a purpose. And that you would pursue that purpose with a passion that would set the world on fire🤍
Lean in.
It changes everything. It takes you from a posture of being closed off, aloof, to one that is open and eager.
I was chatting with a gorgeous mama today is who doing this—leaning in—to a decision that is going to change, not only, her life but her children’s life as well. And *I loved* how she was leaning into the decision with hope and expectation.
Having a heart that says: “why can’t this be bigger than my wildest dreams” is a heart that is posturing itself for beauty and greatness.
Can it be scary? No doubt.
Can it change everything? Absolutely.
So. What do *you* need to lean in to today?
It’s time.
I get to do this.
If you could zoom in on my necklace that is what you’d find inscribed.
I get to do this. It’s not a cliche saying that I think is cute.
It’s a life mantra.
I get to do this and I don’t take that for granted. Not for one single second.
Do I have moments where I need to recenter myself or take a minute to just be or need a moment of quiet.
Well of course, I’m human.
But it’s an easy shift back to living my mantra...because at one point I was told it would be next to impossible.
Shifting your mindset from “I have to” to “I get to” changes everything.
What area do you need to make that shift?🖤
It matters who you surround yourself with.
Who you share your dreams with.
Who you share your goals with.
Who you let speak into your life.
Do they encourage you to go after those dreams with everything you have? Do they help you get up, dust yourself off and start again when you fail? Do they cheer you on even when it looks “impossible”?
If they don’t maybe it’s time to re-evaluate who you let into your inncer circle.
Your tribe is everything, choose wisely.
Say yes to adventure.✌🏻🤍
It’s okay.
I read this the other day and it hit home on a very deep level. Though not my original words they capture my heart.
“It’s okay if you want to put on makeup to start you day, and it’s okay if you don’t.
It’s okay if you want to hustle, and it’s okay if you don’t.
It’s okay if you want to finally organize your attic and purge your closet, and it’s okay if you don’t.”
There’s no playbook you have to follow.
If you see content on social media that inspires you to do more, awesome. Let that light a fire under you and get after it.
If you see content on social media that tells you to rest and that feels like a huge relief for you, awesome. Let that give you permission to slow down.”
Bottom line? It is okay.
However you are feeling right now, in this moment, is okay.
Some days I want to get after it, other days I want to rest and enjoy the quiet.
Because I am choosing to create a space for my family, for myself, that is calm and quiet.
And, it’s okay.
Childlike faith.
It can tackle anything because to a child anything is possible.
And then somewhere down the line we let doubt creep in and the music of our soul starts to fade, just a bit. Until we don’t believe anymore, not really.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
That little girl in you that believed she could do anything, be anything, create anything is still there.
You just need to let her out.
Let her out to play.
Let her out to dance.
Let her out to dream.
Let her out to live.
🖤
You are wildly capable.
Yes, you. Even in the midst of whatever crazy season you might be in.
You are capable.
You are strong.
You are brave.
You are able.
You are wildly capable.
And, don’t ever forget it.🖤
Motherhood can be so magical.
It’s not meant to be endured, it’s meant to be celebrated — there is so much joy and laughter and adventure to be unlocked.
Do you agree? 🤍
INTENTION.
Partnership.
It. Effects. Everything.
I’ve been reminded several times in the last twenty four hours how important —vital even — partnership is.
When it is aligned, everything falls into place. There’s an ease and grace about life, a flow—despite the ups and downs, because that’s just life. When partnerships is in-sync, it’s almost as if your heart, mind and soul give a collective sigh of relief.
I know. I’m currently living it.
The same can be said about the dreams in your heart.
You weren’t meant to do life alone, and you weren’t meant to pursue your dreams alone. Whether it’s one or one thousand, we all need people to see the dream in our heart become a reality.
So maybe you’re reading this right now to remind you that there is a partnership out there for you.
That there is a place for you.
That there are people out there for you—your people, your tribe.
People who are in alignment with your heart. People who know business can be done differently and still make a huge impact.
People who are motivated to help people, just like you.
People who are perfectly aligned to be great partners.
Your. People. 🤍
Are you merely surviving in life?
You weren’t meant to.
You were meant to thrive.
I’m a words person so I looked up synonyms of thrive— Flourish. Prosper. Shine. Succeed. Rise. Radiate.—are a few that jumped out at me.
But we don’t just magically arrive at that place, do we?
Nope. It takes intentionality.
I’m on the journey with you and I’ve found that certain things create an environment for me to live a life where I’m thriving not merely surviving.
When I’m intentional and consistent with these things I notice an incredible difference.
Mindset
Gratitude
Supplementation
Self-care
Time to rest
What are some things that help you thrive in life?
Today was one of those days.
If you’ve been around me for a hot second you know that I believe deeply in the power of your mind.
That your thoughts become your reality. And that you can take those thoughts and reshape them. That it’s your thoughts that create your emotions, not the other way around. When I say “mindset matters” it’s not a cliche thing I mutter and move on with my day.
I believe it. I breathe it. And that means that on some days I have to battle to live it.
Today was one of those days.
There’s a lot swirling around right now. A lot on my mind. A lot on my heart. A lot in my world. And today I battled it out with the crap thoughts that flitted in and out of my consciousness; grabbing them and reshaping them, shutting them down and shipping them out, recognizing them and reframing them...all while staying engaged and focused on my three gorgeous littles.
In all transparency, some days I go to bed battle weary from the mental gymnastics of the day and whisper to myself that tomorrow is a new day.
But today, I won.
And that means everything to me because I know how deeply mindset matters.
Do you?🤍
You are only guaranteed this moment.
A few months back I turned to my husband and said “I don’t want to live ‘someday when’, I want to life life now.” That moment shifted how we approach, well, everything.
And I want to encourage you to shift, too.
Open the business.
Write the book.
Run the marathon.
Start the blog.
Tell someone you love them.
Ask someone for forgiveness.
Go on the vacation.
Travel the world.
Because we truly only have this one moment. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. So let’s be the best stewards of the time we have, of the life we have.
And live life now.
WONDER.
May you capture the moments around you with the wonder of a child, seeing the world like she does.
With awe.
With admiration.
With fascination.
With wonderment.
May you never lose it. And if, for some reason you have, may you rediscover it in everything around you.🖤
Can I be totally honest here? This is hard for me. Like, really hard.
R.E.S.T.
It is truly a beautiful thing.
So much of me loves taking a moment, a day and just completely unplugging. Yet, many times there is a very big part of me that feels restless, like I am doing something wrong or missing something or dropping the ball on something important.
Which for someone who is ALL about self-care is ridiculous and kinda sad and, honestly, freaks me out.
But that feeling of restlessness is also a good reminder.
It rekindles a fire in me to continue to do the work to reprogram myself, my mind, to see rest as a GOOD thing...a NEEDED thing....a SACRED thing.
Because it is.
It is good.
It is needed.
It is sacred.
And every human needs it.
So, what do you do to rest?🖤
The vast possibilities of our great future will become realities only if we make ourselves responsible for that future.
Midday musing.
Question:
What vast possibility are you believing for in your life?
(Author unknown but grateful for the wise words.)
Did you know you can rebuild how your brain thinks?
True story.
According to neuroscientist Dr Caroline Leaf "it takes 21 days to break down your thoughts and start the building process, but real neuroplasticity happens after 63 days," she says.
Can you imagine being able to rewire how your brain thinks in less than 65 days. Well, do you. That’s how powerful your brain is.
Use it wisely.
Gratitude.
It’s been surging through me today since I saw the sunrise color our skies pinks and purples before giving way to that stunning TX blue.
And not for anything “special”.
I’ve just been very intentional about being grateful for even the most mundane of things. Because to someone else my mundane moment may be their magical moment, and I never want to forget that.
It’s something I’ve had to practice and be intentional about and some days I fall flat on my face. But then I get up and determine in my heart once again that gratitude has to be my foundation, even when it’s hard.
Question: do you practice gratitude?
