Tony's House

I have 1 room for rent in my 3-bedroom house and I am looking for a clean, respectful tenant (preferably male but female will be considered) WITHOUT pets. The house is currently fully occupied but one of the rooms will be available in late December. The entire house is completely furnished with mid-century modern design furniture, the HVAC system is completely brand new, and I am constantly looking for ways to improve the house.

Highlights:
- Minimum 4-month lease
- $600 per month for fully furnished room and common areas
- No leasing / application fee that other management companies charge
- The house will be cleaned weekly so you never have to
- Not sharing a wall with anyone and no upstairs neighbor
- 10-15 minute drive southwest of IU and 1 minute drive away from I-69 highway. You need a car because there are no bus stops.
