We are looking for serious candidates (Freshers/ Experienced) for recruitment going on for Team Leader's for our Retail Partner Channel (Fully Work From Home) in Insurance segment for leading MNCs -BAJAJ ALLIANZ

As in these days insurance industry is on peak people looking for new opportunity or products in life/ term insurance

Job_functions:

1. Recruit Team from your own network, manage, motivate and guide the team from the comfort of your home

2. Generate business from team by doing Cross selling, up selling & add-on selling to existing client's and new client's through your phones

✅ sales + Recruitment,

✅Team Development and Activation,sales and Recruitment,

✅Build Your Team.

Eligibility-

Min. Qualification- H.S. (passed) and should be well acquainted with online smartphone apps (Zoom, Whatsapp, Emails, etc.)

At least should know basic English and Hindi(in which the classes will be taken)

✅First you will have to appear for interview via zoom meeting app

✅Then training will be provided(1 week at home)

✅After which you have to clear IRDA exam(which will be held at your nearest NSEIT centre) once you complete your training

Salary:(Fixed + Allowance) + PF+ GR+ MEDICAL BENEFITS+ Higher incentives, rewards.

Next online training batch will start from 1st October !
