It's $75-$125 per hour depending on needs and goals or I have packages that run cheaper per hour with a 3,6,9 or 12 month contract commitment, if you decide to do month to month with no contract it will be a little more costly.

Due to the abundance of clients I've accumulated it is very important that you keep your appointment because at this point I cannot reschedule you for another day or time. Unless there is a cancelation. And again you must give 24 hour notice if cancelation. I understand emergencies and things happen, but you must also understand I have limited time slots. There's only so much I can do with what time I have. I appreciate your understanding and your business. Thank you!

Here are some overnight oats recipes, I just add a scoop of protein in the morning and stir, great grab n go breakfast. I eat them cold but you can warm them up.

As I posted earlier meal prep and Pronut website will be up really soon, but as of right now I am only able to list 6 meal selections on the website, I am offering basic meal prep that will not be on the website yet, it will be basic OG (🤣) #1 basic grilled chicken breast ,veggie (broccoli or green beans)and choice of jasmine or brown rice or sweet potato or #2 seasoned ground turkey or beef with veggie (broccoli or green beans)and choice of rice or sweet potato 10 meals for 90$. 4 oz of protein per meal. To add additional protein will be a 1.50 per ounce extra per meal .

As of Dec 1st my new job hours will change to 6am-230 pm mon-Friday. Let's get you scheduled for personal training to get a jumpstart on the new year. I am mobile personal training.
