Chef Matt was born in Chicago Ill. Since a young man, he would watch his mother and father in the kitchen cooking and would always dream of cooking for people and making them happy with his food. With 20+ years of being in the culinary industry, his technique and unique spice blends have become a staple in his cooking. His motto is “ KEEP GOD FIRST AND BLESSINGS WILL ALWAYS COME YOUR WAY”. His love for cooking has pushed him into wanting to have his own food truck. With God by his side, this dream will become a reality soon.
