Over the past couple of years, I've gotten into the habit of quitting.

✔I quit working for companies that don't value their employees and treat them with respect.

✔I quit staying inside of relationships that weren't healthy and balanced.

✔I quit caring if I was invited to every social event or get together and quit attending ones I was invited to if I didn't feel like it.

✔I quit holding my tongue when someone crosses my boundaries.

✔I quit caring so much about whether I am liked or accepted.

✔I quit making myself small to keep others comfortable.

✔I quit apologizing for having needs.

✔I quit living by a "no days off" philosophy.

✔I quit thinking I couldn't redefine myself or change, just because I've been around for a minute.

✔I quit apologizing for who I am.

Now I'm going to quit listing things, although I could keep going.

You get the gist.

I'm a quitter, and I think you should be too.💪

Quitting is healthy. Know when to grit, know when to quit. Your will thank you.

We met through a mutual passion for accounting, and became lifelong friends through our passion for great coffee ☕️

The result has been a quest to uncover the best ways to grow, source, roast and prepare coffee to bring each bean to its fullest potential ✨

Working at Dia Art Foundation exposed me to fabulous artists. I borrowed a book on Mexican Artists and never knew there were so many.
The book was HUGE!!! Mexican women were a big part of the book, like Remedios Varo.

One of the few acknowledged female surrealist painters of the first half of the 20th century. Defying the male-dominated art world through her unique and peculiar approach to Surrealism.
