Huge couple of weeks with recruiting, training, teaching and seeing people living lives full of purpose! I’m so happy as a take some rest and rejuvenate ready for the next! So exciting to be training the QRL Wellbeing management team to be Get Real Institute Train the Trainers to better support all their athletes and clubs. I’m so impressed with the ethical and moral values QRL - Queensland Rugby League that takes such incredible care of its team, players, volunteers and community. So proud to have worked with them over the past 7 years!

Play report! So in response to my own play challenge this week we made some beautiful cultural shifts in the office! We now have fortnightly team yoga before work with our incredible new Yoga instructor and mentor Lauren! We loved this and floated into our week... I took a play date with the kids to for go Karting, and we now have Mock-tail hour and catch ups with our new alcohol free yum drinks! And we have had an Epic and productive week! Working on 6 projects across 4 states all at once. So my conclusion so far Play = Productivity!

Today’s lesson from nature... be mindful of your busi-ness: The magnolia is one of my favourite flowers, I’m so impressed with how it gently commands you to be present... months of energy go into producing this one magnificent flower, it will open for just a day, bursting with fragrance and life, the bees rush to its glory and in a flash it’s gone... having lived its purpose... if you don’t pay attention you miss the whole spectacular show...
