It's something every "second" woman I've worked with so far solves. And today the topic I want to address.

I'M NOT GOOD ENOUGH is coming from old wounds from the past which speak to us.

NO YOU are not "the injury", "the failure" or "if someone behaved badly towards you", it is not YOURs, it does not concern you.

Maybe it was just someone's opinion at the time, HIS view of the thing / situation. And it hurt you.

It might have served to protect you then, when you were still a little girl. You don't need it today, you can throw it away.

Maybe it was a situation that you couldn't handle, but she had to teach you something else, maybe it should have lead you to something bigger.

Maybe you did something you don't agree with, and now you're sorry for. That's OK!
Making mistakes is human after all. YOU CAN'T GROW WITHOUT ERRORS.
Now YOU KNOW, accept it as a source of your learning and grow.

YOU ARE a WOMAN with a big W, you hold "a million" important positions in life. Just take how many there are in your family and go through your life as many as you can find. How much did you find?

YOU ARE A WOMAN TRYING TO BE STILL BETTER. Better mom, better wife, better at work, better better better.....

YOU ARE a WOMAN who can do miracles in her POWER. If the situation requires it, you will rise like an Phoenix from the ashes !!!

As a MOTHER, you are able to do everything FOR your children. You stand up even when you're tired, sore, you're not in the mood, or you're bothered by something, or you just don't feel like. BUT You GO at any time.

A GIRL WHO TRIED TO BE PERFECT😑

Today those applications can work miracles, one looks beyond recognition 😁

I think they are hurting the younger generation.
I still remember how I was influenced by TV, models with a beautiful figure on billboards, magazines, playmates in men's magazines.

I mistakenly thought that if I acted flawlessly it would fill in the empty space inside. I thought that looking and functioning perfectly will bring me happiness and the feeling of "I'M GOOD ENOUGH"

No, the more I tried, the more mistakes I seen on myself. It's like a vicious circle. Eternally dissatisfied. And yet so blessed. I have so much to be Grateful for.
I didn't see that.

But today it's moved even higher, you put a FILTER and people don't really know you when they meet you on the street. When your own mother tells you in the photo, DOMINIKA I don't know you😅, I don't know if it could be any worse 🤪

We each have our own way and I'm glad I went through it. Today I can talk about it and maybe help one woman and it was worth it.

We live in the online age and I perceive that hiding behind filters, perfection, causes us PAIN. We run forward from ourselves. At the same time, we set an example to our children that the natural is NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I used them myself and not one but exactly 2, FILTER on FILTER😂. I'm saying my mom didn't recognize me.

Even today, I will choose some pre-defined one for the mini-adjustment on INSTA. I'm not a saint, I do it too!

I just wanted to say my thoughts so that we wouldn't overdo it with artificial beauty ❤ and start cuddling as we are ❤
It's a continuous process for me too, I've lived in a setting for 36 years. I still can't expect it to turn into a set in a few months ❤

WOMAN WHAT EXCHANGED TIME WORK vs FAMILY🤪

You don't explain to a workaholic, ambitious careerist who goes after her own.

The reasons were clear, I would work hard to provide for my family, and then I would return the time with interest.

Motivational quotes work 5 ..10... 15 years so that you can enjoy the rest of your life. I bet this quote was invented by a MAN.
I don't know from who is it, I borrowed it.
And I listened it for 5 years all around.
It motivated me to drove forward.

Forward to even greater workaholism, to the fact that there were days when I saw my children only in the morning and in the evening when they went to bed.

The days when we were together as a family, I was in my mind at work and therefore absent again.

We each live according to our consciousness and to the best of our ability.

And I saw the importance in that as well. I decided for the good of my family.

After 5 years there was a turning point.
We were all stopped by the COVID situation and I had the opportunity to look back on my life.

Sh*** THIS IS NOT WORKING!!
What I have been doing so far has not brought me what I thought it would.

Do I want to do it for another 5 -10 years? NOOOOOO

WHAT I WANT IS:
1. Have time for yourself, family!
2. Be clear in activities that bring me profit and focus on those!
3. Do business in simplicity!
4. Have financial freedom!

Even though I have a smile on my face, there is something that bothers me.
You shall not deceive the eyes, they are the gate of your heart.

I realized that everything that bothers me must go OUT. If it doesn't go out, we store it inside and then it catches up with us.

I have the result that if my emotions have not been processed, they accumulate in me and look for a way to draw attention to themselves.

ANYTHING.
It is often through the body.

ANYTHING you can think of ... infertility, allergies, coughs, falling off, varicose veins even a trivial thing like dandruff, acne..ect

In my neighborhood, it fits like we say " ass on sherbel." (Not sure if this meaning is also an English expression 😁 Let's TRY.)
Sometimes they are surprised by the connection, sometimes they learn nothing new and other times they just realize what they didn't realize before.

If you are burning with curiosity, write me in the comment one thing that bothers you at the level of the BODY and I will choose a couple of you to write, with which it is connected at the level of the SOUL. You will see for yourself that it really fits.

You never know, maybe you find that this is just right time for you to realize something that your are not aware of.

BUSY BUSY BUSY🚴‍♀️

This is the way how it use to look like.
All the time in stress, in rushing..

OMG if I knew earlier ❤🤗
I take it as my lesson, which brought me here WHERE I am. I took me 5 years for this awareness to show, so read through it might save you a few years.

Each of us is at a certain point.
For a long time, I was a woman in masculine energy pushing for results. When they didn't come, I helped.
I OVERPUSHED IT.
And then? I was overwhelmed. It took me a while and I repeated the same situation again. All the time thinking that when I am done I would be happy, fulfilled, successful.

I've never been good enough for myself. So I needed to study, study, study.
I have been in several paid courses and webinars at the same time. One was never enough.

I didn't miss also the "FREE" webclasses, which kept me under even more pressure. I WANT! I WILL GO FOR IT! I WILL DO IT!

That time I was not aware of that I will not find what I REALLY need there.

As a mother entrepreneur also in maternity leave, I managed to earn beautiful money. Often it was more than I would earn in a corporate.
But it was really very HARD earned MONEY.

And literally.
Let's to mention how I prepared for my business meetings with the baby.

Imagine mum with little baby doing business. How much preparation is needed.

I did make sure he is eaten, he is clean, prepare all the supplies of diapers, clothes, drinks, a baby scarf, a stroller. So that I would be ready ready for the meeting.
It would be also perfect if he sleeps when I drive, so I tried to set it to match perfectly. We have always took a hour extra that we arrive on time ... ect ... :))))

Now that I think about it, it was quite a MAGIC piece. And also CRAZY😬

Ever since I knew me, I've never been happy with myself and always wanted MORE.

When I compared myself, only to the best ones. This comparison forced me to push on results even harder.
But what a FAIL. I was comparing the results instead of what they were actually doing differently. That I realized later.

Now I look at the world with different eyes and at the same time I am still learning as I will all my life.

Andd Ouu REALLY? It ALL can be done differently 🤗?

YES YES YES

I realized that long-term business requires a solid foundation.

My business is stand on MYSELF. That is why I give myself the highest priority, and my decisions, which I make every day, also depend on it.

I'm not rushing, I 'm not pushing, I'm not comparing!

If it happens accidentally, as soon as I realize it I'm STOPPING it.

I consciously create my business / reality / life step by step.

And last I need to mention that without help and business support, I wouldn't be where I am TODAY.

I speak to you, MY dear, who are trying very hard.
You who are in full swing.
You are amazing with your determination, responsibility and perseverance.
You, who work hard on yourself.
It was already enough!
