A key to leading an extraordinary life is to move beyond the comfort zone and to do so we need to raise our standards.💥

Why so many people are uncomfortable with it is not that difficult to understand. The time investment and sustained commitment are something that most people are reluctant to deal with.(and then we wonder why only 1% of the world population is highly successful)🦧

One of the people I admire enormously is my business and accountability partner, Steph. My 6 unforgettable weeks in Israel are over. What a privilege to vacation at this beautiful place! Huge THANK YOU to everyone who has helped in making this trip magical.🙏🏻

For such a small country, Israel has it all; incredible history and culture, excellent food, friendly locals, calming desert, fantastic beaches, great roads, crazy drivers 🤪, etc.

Coming back was not easy, but everything has a beginning and an end.

Davinci 🐕 was furious I left him behind, so he completely ignored me on my first day back. Luckily Dharma has a more forgiving nature, and he did make me feel welcome.💖

Living my ideal life (at least temporarily 😁) at the house on the beach of lake Kinneret (the Sea of Galilee). Hard to imagine I'll be back to Toronto in a week.

There's nothing more relaxing than meditation with the sounds of ocean. 🙏🏻

Unexpected encounters with the wild boars! 💥

Apparently bumping into them is an everyday thing in Haifa. I am not sure I necessarily agree, but some people tell me they are a charming addition to an already unusual city. 🦧

“Dance with the waves, move with the sea, let the rhythm of the water set your soul free."

If you ever walk the streets of Jerusalem, don't miss trying the sahlab (warm drink made from orchid flour, milk and sugar) in Tmol Shilshom.

Tmol Shilshom is a charming coffee shop/restaurant situated in a picturesque alleyway of Nachalat Shiva, one of the first neighborhoods to be built outside the Old City of Jerusalem and my favorite place for meeting friends.

What do you want most out of life❓️

If you know the answer consider yourself a happy person. It doesn't really matter if you still cannot see how to make it in reality, if there's the will a way will present itself.

If you still don't have the answer, it's time to figure it out and go after it. The only 💯 percent guarantee of reaching a goal is if it really IS your innermost goal, in which case nobody and nothing can stop you from achieving it.

Little moments, big memories!

On the road to the Dead Sea, the lowest spot on earth, around 430.5 m below sea level.

Unfortunately, due to overexploitation of its resources, the Dead Sea is dying as water level is declining by more than a meter a year.

Its area has shrunk by half over the last 90 years, from 1,015 square kilometers to 550. Many of the beaches are now inaccessible, and sinkholes are destroying what is left.

I just cannot imagine the world without it and hopefully no efforts will be spared to save this Biblical sea between Israel and Jordan.

Many years ago, I was waiting for Maya, my best friend, in the hotel lobby in Paris when a lady called Tzipi approached me and started talking. Believe it or not, in less than 20 minutes (that felt like eternity), I found out all her kids' names, marital troubles, an occupation, hobbies, customers' names, etc.

Can you imagine how I felt⁉️

I finally succeeded in excusing myself when my friend appeared. At that moment, I was not sure if I was more upset with Maya for being late or me for failing miserably to excuse myself earlier.

For years after, Maya would tease me about the expression on my face of a drowning man grabbing at a straw when she appeared in the hotel lobby. Not to mention that Tzipi became our code name for “RUN” when we wanted to cut someone short.😁

I have changed a lot since then. Tzipi today wouldn't stand a chance.💥 I value my time more and choose who I hang around. I don't have many friends like Maya, and as I am getting older, even less. I am busy building a business I love, and I want to spend my free time with people who add to my life, not drain it.

One of the beautiful parts of living is that you are growing, changing, and becoming a different person over and over. Change is beautiful. But a sad fact is, not everyone is interested in evolving. Some people will fight any sort of change that comes their way.

Sometimes, it also means you and your friends will be growing in different directions. It doesn't mean you can't keep in touch or cheer from the sidelines. But you want to be surrounded by people who, after spending time with them, will make you feel better about yourself and life in general.
