In pregnancy here is why it's important to get rid of negative thoughts and feelings.
Our life's tend to be busy, sometimes even hectic leading to the feeling of stress and less positive thoughts. This can be heightened in pregnancy as our hormones change.

The main hormone that helps you through labour is called oxytocin.
