Thank you to Karen in Warren for calling on us to some work in her entire house.

We did the following:
- new and fresh paint throughout the house (bedrooms, living room, tv room, bathrooms, kitchen, basement stairwell
- kitchen and bathroom cabinet refinishing
- new flooring in the kitchen and leading to basement, stairs included.
- baseboards for fresh white semi gloss
- ceilings got fresh solid white

Thank you to Marjorie and Giovanni from Shelby, for calling on us again for their home. This week, we painted their living room, foyer, stairwell, upstairs hallway and the upstairs restroom. We also painted all the doors and casing, along with the baseboards and trim a white semi-gloss. All areas were a beige tone to start. The living room was painted in Filmy Green, the foyer, stairwell and hallway in Sea Spray, and the bathroom in Granite Peak. The colors selected are gorgeous and those greens really brought out the beauty in the stained wood in the house and that dark color in the bathroom looks phenomenal!

Huge thank you to Ron, from Mount Clemens for calling on us again for some drywall/mud work. He is quite handy, but asked us to finish after his hard work of removing the wood paneling and wainscoting from the dining room, kitchen, hallway and basement stairwell.

We scraped the old glue which was on the walls, skimmed and got the areas to primed state for Ron to paint in the near future.

With such an amazing crew, we completed this project in a week and Ron can come in and paint the colors of his choice on these beautiful walls now.

Hallway and living room were painted in Mega Greige, and the beam a fresh white semi-gloss.

The basement had some major repairs made on the “pucking” wall 🤣 and painted in Cocoa Whip.

All ceiling painted in a flat white, baseboards, trim, doors and casings, along with the shelves in the closets were painted in white semi-gloss.

Thank you to Michele from Saint Clair Shores for having us come as give her exterior a facelift! There were some areas that needed repair and the we gave the exterior a new white paint! We painted the gutters as well.

Huge thank you to Robin and John in Saint Clair Shores for having us there these past couple days. They had some areas that needed to get ‘fixed’ and then painted. The walls in the stairwell needed some drywall repairs repaired and prepped properly for paint and painted. The bathroom and shower ceilings had some paint that was chipping off and we scraped and repaired it before painting. All ceilings got a satin white and the walls were color matched to a color the homeowner had. We also repaired the soffit in the kitchen and painted it. In addition to the above, the tub needed to get recaulked, along with the base of the toilet, and some spaces filled where a floor install went bad 😳. Needless to say, everything looks great now!

A big thank you to Christina and Steven from Warren. They have spent a couple years planning and slowly getting their basement gutted to remodel as a living space. The basement was framed last year and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a huge living room.

We were asked to install the drywall, spray the ceilings white and paint the spaces. The bedrooms were painted in Pebble Grey, the kitchen and bathroom in Lemon Curd and the living room in Cloudless. I LOVE that the homeowners love color and aren’t afraid of being bold.

They still have some more work to get done in this space and I look forward to seeing the final product in the near future. What a fun and happy feeling with these bright colors!

Thank you to Sue from Shelby Township. She has some work done and had three holes in her ceiling. We can by and repaired the holes, along with a stress crack and some nail ‘dimples’. The ceiling was then painted a bright flat white.

After getting their beautiful wood floors refinished, they came home to black stain and lacquer on their new shoe molding, base boards, walls, doors and even up to the ceiling trim! They contacted us to come and repair and touch up the mess. We were able to get everything done in a single day. Now, the family can start getting their home together again to enjoy.

We also converted stained wood doors, casing and columns, and today, we finished installing a new floor. We are coming back to get the baseboards and a chair molding on once the order is delivered.
