You love training and coaching other people on their (leadership) development. Learn from us how to do this outdoors! To broaden the skillset and embody the experience, the program is offered in 2 different ecoregions (Boreal and Desert) and in 2 separate times of the year (spring & fall)

In our Wilderness Trails we create connection and presence through circles. Circles come from the ancient tradition of gathering as a community and it encourages respectful listening and reflection. Circle processes are based upon sameness, wholeness and interconnectedness.

Our beautiful Team just came back from Dolomites, energized and fulfilled.

Another Wilderness Trail accomplished safely, full of adventure and personal transformation. It’s not only the participants that face challenges and grow during the trails, ...self-development and learning is a never-ending path for all of us.
