Whats up FAM?! We added 6 new students to an online YTH eGroup last night! Love you guys!!!!
Elevation yth has impacted my life by creating a new community of friendships that i am very grateful for. covid has caused for me not to see my close friends, but when elevation yth came into my life there was no longer a feeling of being lonely because now i have friends a text message away . rhythm nights and e group have brought a lot of joy into my life in a time that has been pretty hard. i now have new friends that are willing to pray for me even if it is for the little things and help me grow in my relationship with God.

During this COVID season I’m sure all of us have felt lonely, but enter in the online YTH ministry and my loneliness turned into community! I was able to make friends that I can easily talk to whenever about whatever. I couldn’t have made it this far without being connected to the online YTH ministry! - Daniel
At the start of the lockdown, I was losing faith in myself, the world but especially God because I kept experiencing disappointment after disappointment. I was doing really badly in school and couldn’t trust myself with my own life at a point. Then I found a community in the people of Elevation YTH. I also found a light inside of me, a light that allowed me to find hope and experience God’s undying love for me, because I found a home and a family that loves me for who I am despite my troubles, you guys showed me how to get back up after I fall down, with the grace of God. I’m still working through it, but this time with an amazing and supportive community.

Elevation YTH has impacted me over Covid through the rhythm nights and E-Group. My E-Group has given me a great outlet to be myself. And rhythm night is so fun and the message is so honest and convicting at times which I like, some of the sermons have my rowdy. The events that happen in Elevation YTH is something I always look forward too.

Elevation Church has helped me to find a community of people that strive to be more like Christ. I've found friendships in my eGroups and in various groups in Elevation Youth. Elevation is an answer to prayer; I had been asking God for Godly friendships, and He gave me my friends at Elevation. I feel closer to my friends here than to any of the friends that I have from anywhere else. I'm glad that I found Elevation during quarantine because it allowed me to be involved in an online church like never before; I wanted to go to YTHX, but couldn't because I had another event during that time. But thanks to covid, I was able to attend and grow in my faith and grow in my friendships with my friends in MIGHTY. I'm so so grateful to God that I found Elevation and got involved because it has been one of the few good things that has happened during quarantine. In fact, I think it's the best thing
that has happened to me during quarantine!
Over the last year Covid 19 hit my life hard. I let the fire for God go out. But through Elevation youth I reconnected with God. Now God is back in the center of my life. Im very thankful to Pastor Tim and Pastor Steven. Most of all Thankful for my new Egroup.

Here are some of our girls stories
eGroup and YTH ministry during COVID was honestly something I needed. As u couldn’t really go out to see friends, waking up to knowing that I’m going to be meeting my egroup on a Thursday night was a highlight. And then the weekly rhythm night (which I love are still going on now) were another highlight as u could get a fresh word of encouragement every week that would challenge you thru out the week the try and be and do those things. From Pastor Tim’s Sermons to Elevation Rhythm and Pastor Steven’s messages I feel like I’ve grown in my relationship with God.
When quarantine started I had so many fears and worries that I couldn’t just speak out loud bc I knew all I would get is “it’s all gonna be okay” or “God will come thru” or the typical “don’t WoRrY”. Joining this egroup in late June before YTHX helped me and answered soo many of the questions that I had. And people were going thru the same thing as me. And (as Annabel said) we all have the same beliefs.
I’ve become soo much closer to God, ever since quarantine and I’m soo thankful for the ministry that God has placed me in.

Carolyn: "It started when my dad found rhythm night on his recommended and he wanted me to watch it with him. Then I saw a friend on the stage (who I knew worked with elevation at the time) and the next day while my mom was watching TV, I came to her with my laptop and sign up page and I said “I want to join am eGroup.” And I never heard her say yes so fast and so confident in my life. And eGroup has been a very nice experience! I made some friends, and got paired with people who were same age and had similar interests. I became more involved in the youth community, and I really love each sermon!"
