So funny story … Aoife calls all her Axolotls Jimmy (Some descriptive last name). We have Jimmy Squishy, Jimmy Big, Jimmy Sticker… Jimmy Little… etc.

My favourite, however, is Jimmy Extinct, her imaginary friend who she has informed me is FAKE.

One of the coolest parts of my jobs is participating in the celebrations.

I got to design for Amanda’s puppy’s 1st birthday and now I get to help celebrate her engagement.

How lucky am I to get to take part in the big moments?!?

Back in college my grandma and I were walking around and she kept insisting I pick something.

She knew I loved these cup measurers.

I didn’t have room in my dorm … but she just wouldn’t let it go.

I didn’t know she was extremely sick with cancer and didn’t have long to live. She wanted so desperately to support and uplift my baking, even back then…

It’s been 20 some odd years and I still love these measuring cups.
