I love the details of this ornament. The wood of the trees is hand-shaved and the gold on the ornament is hand painted. Handmade in Germany.

I thought I should give you all a glimpse at the face behind this shop. Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a Latina mom of 3 living in the suburbs of Los Angeles. The idea of this shop sparked while living in Chicago during my husband’s time in law school. I loved the German Christmas market there but didn’t have the budget to buy anything. When I could finally afford those cute decorations, I didn’t live in Chicago and couldn’t find what I wanted online. So that is how this shop was born! I decided to build the website that I had hoped to find. It’s been an incredible journey of sourcing these products and building connections with wonderful people across the world. And, funnily, my Scandinavian last name(Sorensen), has really earned me points with some suppliers haha. I have put a lot of love and passion into this, and I’m so grateful for everyone supporting me! Thank you for being here.

New in the shop! One copy of a vintage “Fur and Feathers” by Janet Martin. A very rare find. The artwork is so unique and adorable; you don’t see children’s books like these anymore.
