Rajma is one of the best source of protein for vegetarians. It has a lot of fiber and good amount of carbs in it.
This is a easy to make rajma masala recipe. Can be prepared in 20 min.
Instructions
#1 Soak your rajma overnight.
Next day Pressure cook for 4 wistle ( 1high and 3 low) or boil till they become soft)
#2 Take 2 onion, 2 tomatoes ,1 green chilli and garlic (optional).
Chop them into big pieces and make a pure.
a pan add 1 tsp of oil and cokk you pure until it becomes thick.
Add salt , red chilli powder, coriander powder and rajma masala(optional).
Bow add boiled rajma along with its water.
Cook for 3 more minutes and you are done.
