Morning my lovelies, Happy New Year to you all!
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and looking forward to new ventures ahead for 2023 😁
Order book is open however normal turnaround times will resume on the 3rd January. I am continuing to use courier service until Royal Mail calm down still as there is still huge amounts of delays with it all until it’s resolved this is the best way going forward.
There will be some changes made on the website over the coming days plus I hate to say it but very small amount of price changes across everything due to stock levels going up. My prices haven’t increased over the past 4 years however as we are all being affected hugely and the rise of stock prices now I need to ensure I’m covering all basis. It won’t be a huge amount I am keeping them as low as possible to ensure you’re not all affected.
I want to say a huge thank you to you all for your support over the years and I hope to see you all return on the other side 😁
If there is any new content you’d like to see for the upcoming year pop your suggestions below but for now I’m gonna leave this here with Helen’s new look for 2023!

I’d also like to add to the message above I know some individuals have had some good luck by approaching their local collection depots to see if they have any outstanding post/parcels sitting in their warehouses.
If you take with yourselves your ID (driving licence/Passport) and a form of an address (Council Tax Bill, Utility Bill etc) some depots will go through to see if there is any waiting to be dispatched to your address.
The only updates I have regarding of your parcels are what’s provided on your tracking details via your dispatch emails and as stated within the image I can’t do no more than what I’ve already done (if I could hand deliver them all to yourselves believe me I would) and with no orders outstanding my end no longer I’m completely free off orders so the rest is a waiting game now unfortunately 😢
Let’s just hope after Christmas and 2023 kicks in it’ll all be better for us going forward with all this mayhem and we can push through.
If we can all get through Covid together for those two years and support one another I’m sure we can get through this together too!

Evening All!

Sorry for the radio silence, I’ve been trailing through all your orders to get them all done as quick as poss, but with all these strikes causing delays with everything (stock arriving, parcels arriving with yourselves, parcels going missing etc) I’ve gotta say I’ll be glad to see these last couple of months behind me and start a new chapter after Xmas 😁
Over the coming days I’ll be sharing some of the work I’ve been doing behind the scenes (which there are some newbies in there so keep your eyes peeled 👀
I will remain open over the Xmas period like I do every year, however please bare in mind this is a time for family so orders will be done as and when I can up until when reopening officially begins 3rd January!
There will also be some changes made on the website over the coming weeks with some price differences (due to the rise in stock level costings and shipping), some removal of items (less ordered items), and new items being added on.
So with that I’ll leave this little newbie here (these will be added onto the website in due course) but for now let’s smash💪🏻 these last 6 orders and we will have a clear order book 😍

This has such a huge knock on effect not with just myself but with all of you aswell which has affected some of you already with the last lot strikes during the August/early September period and hope I’ve rectified it all for you now.
With this is mind and with so many strikes happening as you can see by the confirmed dates listed I will be looking into other couriers to use to ensure you all still receive your parcels and to stop myself from being affected and yourselves financially and for peace of mind for us all alike.
I am in the process of using Evri, the tracking with this company provides you every step of the process from the collection to where they are and to the delivery point. If for whatever you wish for me not to use Evri during these periods please contact me via email [email protected] and i will continue to send your parcel via Royal Mail, however if there are any delays or issues please please can you all bare these dates in mind that Royal Mail have announced as turnaround dates from dispatch won’t be included with the dates listed below as they have already announced for these periods.
Again thank you all for understanding and I know this has taken on a huge knock affect for us all but hopefully it’ll all be plain sailing going forward with Evri especially with the busy upcoming Christmas period!

Just a little update for you all as we’ve been rather quiet this week but we have as a family lost a very close family member to us all and it’s been a really tough week for us all so I do apologise in advance for the lack of responding to some messages not straight away as this has been the cause of it all.
Also not a great start to the weekend either my laptop has decided to completely go on me which has resulted in me losing all my most recent saved work of all your orders and logos I’ve created over the years too 😢 my husband has bought me a new desktop yesterday and I have been sitting all weekend reinstalling everything trying to get as much as I can together to get me back on track. So far so good however some orders I’m hoping this isn’t the case if there is a slight font change from your previous prints I do apologise straight in advance now as I can’t remember exactly off the top of my head what fonts I used for all your orders (and trust me there is over a thousand I have saved overall) but I will do my upmost best to match it accordingly to your previous orders. The only files I’ve managed to retrieve is from back 2019 so all my most recent items have completely gone they havnt backed to my cloud storage which is an absolute headache but the show must go on.

I have got a brand new product to share with you all this week it’s been ready for some time but with everything going on it’s been put on hold for release.

There will be one day that I’ll be closed so we can can attend the funeral so no parcels will be posted, messages will be answered on this day but I will update you all of this date once it’s been confirmed.

Lastly if there is anything you wish to see of any ideas you may have going forward wether it’ll be Christmas related items, other stationary items, business related etc please feel free to pop your ideas below and we can work together to make your ideas come to life 😁

Just a quick hello from me to let you know how things are going. We're making a few changes to our product range so that we can reduce some of the work load and keep future turnaround times down. We'll no longer be doing OMG or BFF stationery boxes but will still take your custom requests so if there's something you need that you don't see online just pop us a message and we'll see what we can do!

The website will remain open during this time however please don’t include turnaround time once it’s placed. Turnaround will begin again from the 4th August. No messages/emails will be answered during this timeframe.
