THE HIIT COMPANY TAKEOVER - TIMETABLE💪🏼❤️

Everyone will be meeting in the Sports Hall of the Leisure Centre. Please make sure you come through the main doors and through reception. There will be a place to 'sign in' as you get to the sports hall.

I would like to make sure the classes all start at these times however we may be slightly later starting or there may be longer breaks inbetween for whatever reason.

The Cancer Care Charity will be there on the day so if anyone would like to make any extra dontaions then you will have the chance.

Please bring a step box if you have one. You may or may not need it.

It is going to be a great day, the atmopshere will be incredible so bring lots of energy and a positive attitude!!
