Long time no see! I hope everyone is doing well:)
I am back in Canada and offering private sessions and workshop/classes, covering Ashley Johnson (Constantly Seeking Softness)'s mat leave. I just finished teaching Itcush into Dance classes as part of the Dance Core Class at New Dance Horizons, and it was such a wonderful experience to explore the movement and body as a group (and in person!)🥰
Upcoming this weekend, we will explore Two Chair exercise as part of SOMASPHERES at New Dance Horizons. Using a 8 shaped board resting on the two chairs, this exercise encourages to release the neck, spine and pelvis. I will introduce some of the preparatory exercises and will dive into the art of Two Chair exercise.

Hi everyone! I was back in Japan during the Chinese New Year. It had been four years since I was back last time... Some things have changed, some things have not changed. Quite interesting trip! Now I am back home in Taiwan, and starting a new set of Online Class from Feb. 22! I would like to share some things that I learned in Japan in the class;)

Just finished the Itcush Method Winter Intensive 2023 with Ashley Johnson (Constantly Seeking Softness)!! What a great group of people with continuous passion, support, and dedication to take care of the body.
Based on the training with Amelia Itcush (for more info, visit https://www.ameliaitcush.com/ ) to continue exploring, 'floundering', and growing is such an amazing gift and opportunity that she left for us. I am so grateful for the community that support us and is willing to continue the journey with us.

Also in-person class in Taichung (in English/Japanese) planning is in process. Stay tuned!
Hi everyone! Long time no see!
Wow it's already summer...! August is usually my social media off month but since I haven't posted recently, Here are some updates and info for upcoming Fall!
The 10-week in-person class (in Taichung City) in the Spring was really great! It reminded how much I missed teaching in person, and how great it is to connect with people in the same space. Thank you for those who came to check it out;) The next session is pending but hopefully will start sometime soon.
Meanwhile, I am really excited to announce that I re-opened for in-person private practice here in Taichung, Taiwan. After a long hibernation period, I am slowly starting to see people in person. If you live in Taichung, or coming through the neighbourhood, feel free to contact me:)
Again, how much I missed working with people in person for private session. It's just so exciting to share the excitement and realization of changes that happens in people's body.
It once again reminded me of the importance and potential of hands-on table work in Mitzvah Technique and Itcush Method. Wow so exciting and so much more to learn!
Here are a few personal updates... (only if you are interested lol)
I was a bit sick with that popular virus in June and tied up with Chinese Language School this summer but finally have time off this coming up week.
This week, I am going to visit Somatic Education Society of Taiwan (https://www.facebook.com/somatics.tw), which is located in the beautiful south eastern Taiwan. I am really excited to see the facility and meet people in the field of Somatic Education. Also this is my very first time visiting the east coast, which I hear, apparently so beautiful that you HAVE to visit in Taiwan...
Anyways, I am taking this break/trip for the opportunity to explore, contemplate, and prepare for the new season in September.
Although I missed teaching an annual Itcush Method Summer Intensive with Ashley Johnson this summer, I am excited for her Itcush into Dance in-person Intensive! (check out her upcoming events at https://www.facebook.com/constantlyseekingsoftness)
Also, I am preparing for the new session of online class starting in September 2022. Online learning allowed us to expand our opportunity to reach many teachings around the world, and working on ourselves is not an exception. Itcush Method Self-Maintenance Program is designed for you to learn how to be aware of your body, be more in tune with the body, and to be comfortable being together with the body.
If you are looking for a bodywork that is gentle, and comfortable, to improve posture and movement, and start living and loving the body, this may be for you. Feel free to contact through email or FB messenger if you have any questions.
Thank you for reading, have a great summer and see you in September!!

on & off
work and play, yin and yang, light and dark......and everything in between.
Do we consciously or unconsciously turn on and off our awareness being in the world? Is it something to train? How does it affect us?
Last FB Live this year (taking break in Dec.). Come join if you can:)
There is no FB Live this week...will be back next week! Here are some lines to sing (it's just what I say in the class...) to enjoy being in the body...
allow yourself to breath
roll over to the side
push through to the floor
release all the sand
connect with the bones
root to the centre of the earth
reach to the sky
rebalance the head on the spine
go for a walk...
:)
Have a good week everyone!
