This is definitely one of the best things I have ever made from the summer. Fresh ciabatta, garden tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, with a drizzle of balsamic. Perfection.

it’s been a while since I posted but I’m back!! Here’s a colorful tomato salad while I was still hanging on to summer. It was delicious!!!
The ✨PERFECT✨summer side!!! It’s super simple with just roma tomatoes, olive oil drizzle, ribboned basil and salt + pepper!!
3 fun different salad dressings - cilantro lime, zesty Italian and strawberry! Which would you choose? (these were not my recipes but I hope to have some soon)
I’m back with a ✨NEW✨recipe! Sorry I have been busy for a while, but I will be back to posting regularly!
I highly recommend this recipe I created for fun with spiced and crisped pita, creamy burrata, thinly sliced cucumber, tomato and red onion topped with black pepper.
⬇️RECIPE BELOW⬇️
(one serving)
FOR PITA
2 circle of pita bread
1/4 cup of olive oil
Dash of cumin
Dash of chili powder
Salt and pepper
FOR TOP
One ball of burrata
1 mini cucumber thinly sliced
A few cherry tomatoes
Sliced red onion
DIRECTIONS
1) preheat oven to 350 and cut your pita into 6 triangles
2) mix your brushed topping in a small bowl, olive oil, and spices
3) brush your triangles until covered and place in oven
4) cook for about 5-10 minutes, checking often
5) cut and assemble toppings for your pita
6) ENJOY & let me know if you try it!!!!!!

2 cucumbers
1 cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup of chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup of cubbed feta
TOPPINGS
sprouts
olive oil
salt
pepper
oregano
lemon juice
salad
the perfect spring salad!!! 🌱 made with red cabbage, julienned apples, sprouts, & unshelled sunflower seeds! (one of my new favorite toppings) RECIPE below
1 cup of red cabbage
1/3 cup of julienned apples
1/4 cup of sprouts
1/4 unshelled sunflower seeds
a drizzle of olive oil
sprinkle of salt
salad
strawberry goat cheese + walnut salad topped with olive oil and salt. Simple yet amazing!
Mini quesadillas with onions, taco seasoning and cheese with a side of sour cream topped with fresh cilantro! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
Peanut butter energy balls with Manitoba Harvest H**p Foods] h**p hearts!! 🌟Recipe to try it below!
2 cups of oats
1 1/2 cups of peanut butter
2 tbsps of chia seeds
1/4 cup of Manitoba Harvest H**p Foods] h**p hearts
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
🌟depending on the texture you’d like add more peanut butter or oats!!🌟
Mix together, store in refrigerator & enjoy!!!

Rainbow Mexican burrito! Stuffed with cheddar cheese, onions, cilantro, orange bell pepper, avocado, red cabbage, lettuce and sour cream!
Happy Friday!! Here’s a rose arrangement on toast! I experimented with this in deciding to do 3 instead, and I really liked how it turned out.

Red cabbage, julienned apple + shredded carrot slaw! Looking a dinner side, try this! Add some olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt + lemon juice to the ingredients, toss + enjoy!
