No elbow pain at all, adaptable to every height.
I prefer this generation than the OG one.
Resistance profile and angle are amazing.

The feeling on this machine is amazing, good weight stack too.
Still prefer a standing lateral raise over the seated, but if you’ve the possibility I suggest you to keep both.
Two different feelings but both totally worth it.

In the seated one I really like working unilaterally, you just can’t beat that isolation.

Hammer Strength MTS Squat

Super rare machine, only 100 ever made.
Like new condition!

Here’s my honest review:
Useless machine if you train with both legs simultaneously, you’ll end up losing tension.
Amazing feeling for both quads and glutes when you try it unilaterally (depends which focus you want and positioning).
It mimics a Bulgarian Split Squat but 100 times more efficient.
The back pad and shoulder pads keep you steady and help you focus on pure contraction.

In the first video I’ll show you how I use it to focus the glutes.
In the last slide I’ll show you how I use it to target the quads.
Legs were firing after just few reps.

Nautilus Xpload Plate Loaded Deadlift/Shrug Machine

You can’t compare any other ground base platform to this one.
I love this machine, so versatile I don’t even know where to begin with.

I primarily use it for two different rowing movement (one focus on lats, one focus on upper back) or for SLD/RDL, or lunges.
With the iso option, you can decide whatever works best for you.
Adjustable handles play a big role too.

Simply the best selectorized Lat Pulldown ever made.
Actually the Nautilus Nitro Lat Pulldown is in my top 2 best selectorized machine for lat development along with Freemotion Row (keep sleeping on that machine too).

I’ve seen every kind of incorrect ex*****on on this machine that it’s crazy to me.
You’re supposed to target the entire LAT on this machine, not just the upper back.

Hoist Roc it Plate Loaded Incline Chest

At first I was a little bit sceptical about this machine.
I tried others Hoist machine and I didn’t like the angles of most of them, although I think Hoist NAILED the idea of a dynamic adjustment of the angle for each movement.

After trying it I can confirm is as good as it gets.
I don’t want to exaggerate, but this is one the best feeling I’ve ever felt on an incline chest press.
Really looking forward to find another one to keep for myself.

Nautilus Nitro Plus Biceps Curl

Let me start saying that I hate training biceps, I have a very bad mind muscle connection and I can’t feel my biceps working properly with almost every machine I tried since now (that’s why I always train with cables or dumbbells).

I finally found the machine that allows me to feel the perfect contraction for my biceps.
I don’t feel any elbows nor forearms pain at all.
Needless to point out that I only like working unilaterally on this machine, I don’t really like working with both arms contemporary as I don’t feel the same contraction on the biceps.

It’s been a long time since I tried this bad boy, in my opinion one of the best plate loaded dip machine in the game.
In the first clip I’m focusing on triceps, in the last one the focus is on the chest.

Nautilus Nitro Vertical Chest Press

Arguably the best selectorized vertical chest press ever made (I need to try the medx chest press to make a statement).
I personally prefer the xpload version, but as a gym’s owner, I would absolutely put both inside my facility, without even think about it.

In general, I think xpload line potentially fits perfectly both “normal size” people and bodybuilders.
Instead the nitro’s line/2st line is very limited for bigger and stronger bodybuilders, but it is more suitable and likely fits better for most of the people.

I kept the seat pad setting at #5 and the back seat setting at #3, as I feel that it gives me enough stretch without losing the tension on my pecs and engaging my shoulders.
