Packing with Mules in the Park - Catch Me Outside The 2019 season had me getting to know our mules so much better- packing around Glacier National Park and up to the backcountry chalets.
As we were leaving white sands yesterday, we saw someone taking their camel for a walk. I just barely got a picture before they disappeared between the dunes.

You can see the parts that got burned last August. I made a blog post (link in bio) at the time, about what is was like that day, having to evacuate all the wranglers and horses as the fire blew up right in front of us. Last fall, the smoke was so thick and the access was limited, so this was my first proper view from the bunkhouse since the fire.
Our first Cowboy Cookout of the season was a success!
I saw lots more wildlife this week that didn't want to pose for pictures.
