UPS shipping is available on my website for $8, for guaranteed delivery and as an alternative to USPS. I originally had my shipping estimates wrong, I've switched to pirate ship and UPS Ground is cheaper and I think a more secure way to ship. Thanks for your patience!

Little man did fantastic for his surgery yesterday (tonsils and adenoids) and we came home today. He's acting like nothing happened.
I'm taking the week off to take care of him while he recovers, then off to the salt shed.

Good morning, friends! Starting Aug 27th I'll be out of the office for about a week while my little one recovers from surgery. When I get back to making patches kind of depends on him and how he's feeling, so it may be a few days or a full week.

I can't say enough how thankful I am for all of you! I wouldn't be here without your support. Hope everyone has a lovely holiday.

A note about beanies.

Firstly, if you have any issues with a beanie you have purchased from me, all it takes is you sending me a message to get a resolution. Please do not leave me bad reviews without sending me a message first!

When I first started selling beanies, they were fleece lined knit foldover beanies. Things went well for a while, but eventually I got a couple complaints about the hat being too small. This was only for a couple of people, but it was enough that I decided to offer a larger size beanie. This was a single layer beanie I sold as "deluxe".

When I went to purchase blank beanies last year, I had to switch to a different seller and ended up with a bunch of colorful but way too small beanies. I decided to list these as "Youth/ Adult Small" in order to prevent any confusion on the sizing.

This year though, I have received more complaints about hats than I ever have in my shop history. And all but one complaint was about the fit of the hat. Something that is entirely out of my control.

Going forward, beanies are only being sold on my website, and after these sell out I will not be selling more.

And I am asking, please, for you to review the quality of the embroidery and not the fit of the hat. The way the hat fits your head is out of my control. The current hats I'm selling are a black unlined foldover and two colors of fleece lined knit foldover. Both styles have a somewhat snug fit.

If you have any issues with a beanie you have purchased from me, all it takes is you sending me a message to get a resolution.

And another option is buying a hat on amazon or another online retailer and having it shipped directly to me for embroidery.

Heads up! I am in need, friends. My business is dependent on having a working embroidery machine and unfortunately, both my current machines are at the end of their lifetimes. One has an issue that cannot be repaired, and the other is in the shop for the 3rd time trying to figure out the issue and repair it.

For the time being, I am unable to complete any embroidery orders so I've put my etsy on vacation mode. My website is still up so I can sell lanyards, keyfobs and stickerpacks. Any embroidery orders are on a 3-4 week delay and that is subject to change depending on whether one of my machines is able to be repaired.

With this new machine, my embroidery area would double, meaning I could make BIG back patches. The new machine has a 15" x 12" embroidery area, my current machines only go about 6-8" x 6"

The new machines are around $2500 on ebay and I have about $1700 saved right now.
