I haven't done padwork in at least 3 weeks, but I feel stronger...the power never dies π - had a great fun session tonight...here's my best bits without all the talking and laughing in between π π₯π
Good X6 2minute sparring last night...I stayed in for the 6 rounds, they rotated every round. Bit of light sparring fun π Tom was brave to have his shirt off ππ£ lol

My newest 'Bambino' Muay Thai Student βΊοΈπ₯ - Sam's recently turned 7, he learnt some of the basics with his Dad but they have now come to me and we had his 1st session to work with him on his technique.
Sam is a fast learner, listens and takes it seriously...but we have lots of fun too!
I'm looking forward to our upcoming 2nd session together. His Dad tells me Sam's been practicing on him in sparring what he learned with me...which Dad is now slowly starting to regret! ππ Strong boy πͺ

I have been 121 coaching Will every other week since the end of January 2022. I was so proud of him on our most recent session yesterday seeing how far he's come in such a short space of time!! π
Will trains with me specifically to help him perfect his Muay Thai technique - I break every single move right down in a particular way for him and we work on these on minute detail every session to make sure we get the best results in as little time as possible.
Will's balance has improved massively, his power, footwork, timing, control, agility and just overall Muay Thai style has just transformed and now he's finally starting to flow between moves and feel more confident and comfortable working on the bag.
He's such a pleasure to teach, listens, takes everything on board and is prepared to practice and put the work in in-between sessions when we don't train together to make sure he's building on what we've worked on.
I'm very grateful to be a part of Will's Muay Thai journey and I look forward to seeing where he's at in the months to come!

Good MMA sparring today with Will at . It was my 1st time doing MMA sparring and it really opened my eyes and got me excited to challenge myself and work on my confidence on the ground and takedown defence. I learned a lot just from our 15 minute round today. Thanks Will - looking forward to doing it again!

Adding to my style, opening, switching stances, changing levels, shooting, driving...working on a new version of the fighter in me...see what I find ππ You can actually see in the video how I eventually go from my traditional upright Muay Thai-Style posture in the beginning to a lower more versatile springy style towards the end...then back to Muay Thai-Style for the hellbows βΊοΈ

I trained at Sasiprapa Gym in Bangkok and after a week, flew out to South Thailand to fight in Phattalung, Thailand πΉπ Such a great experience fighting there for the first time after going in 2014 for holiday and I learnt so much. I've been back to Thailand to train and fight every year since then...I need to make up for these 2 years missed now πππ€π₯°

Dinner Time - Chick-Pea Burger π & Garlic Mayo - SIMPLE β’ TASTY β’ INGREDIENTS BELOW:

15.5 Oz chickpeas
1 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 egg replacement
salt & pepper to
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp regular paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1tsp olive oil
BLEND
Add 1/2 lemon juice
BLEND
Bind together, flatten into burger pattys, dust with seasoned self-raising flour & fry w/ coconut oil or oil of preference.
Freeze any left over burger mix for another day π
How to make simple tasty DAIRY-FREE GARLIC MAYO:
6tbsp Vegan/Dairy-free Mayo
2 Garlic Cloves
1-2tbsp Olive Oil
1tbsp Lemon Juice
Chives
Salt & Pepper
BLEND
Serve π

Spicy Tofu Tom Yum Soup w/ Rice Noodle πΆοΈππΉπ (The Super Soupπ¦ΈπΎββοΈ) STORY:

Now, this dish came about when I was training for my last fight back in September 2019...I was training intensely 2-3 times a day and I was so busy with working & so worn down from everything I got sick during camp ππ...I only had a few weeks left until my fight so I had to press through. So, in order for me to speed up my recovery process & get rid of the cold, I made myself a super picante (spicy) Tofu Tom Yum Soup for lunch straight after my training session...with a good night's sleep, I trained the next day and I was a machine, I had lots of energy still and I recovered completely within a few days (I ate the soup every day)...now, I'm not saying this soup is a miracle cure ..but fresh spices & good vegetables does the body & immune system good π - I won my fight too so that's also a plus π It's important to get on things quickly when your immune system is down to bring it back up again and build it back strong πͺπΎ

Slaheoldine βThe Warriorβ Thomas is the current WBC Muay Thai English National Super Lightweight Ladies Champion.
Slaheoldine started training Muay Thai initially to gain confidence and learn a martial art discipline at the age of 17.
She first started competing professionally at the age of 21 and there was no turning back from there. Since then, Slaheoldine has fought all across the UK and in Thailand 3 times winning all 3 fights, making her currently undefeated in Thailand.
Slaheoldine trains with top trainer and multiple world champion Parnpetch Rirom, who is twice Ratchadamnoen & Lumpini Stadium Champion in Thailand; and she has been training with him for over 11 years.
